The Effect of Organizational Structure on Psychological Empowerment of Payame Noor University of Urmia

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير ساختارسازماني بر توانمندسازي روانشناختي كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور اروميه مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور اروميه مي‌باشد. تعداد آنها بر اساس آمار سازمان، در زمان انجام پژوهش حدود 180 نفر مي‌باشد كه از اين ميان تعداد 123نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري با استفاده از جدول مورگان به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده¬اند و اطلاعات بااستفاده از پرسشنامه¬ها گردآوري شده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها بااستفاده از رگرسيون خطي ارتباط بين متغيرهاي هريك از فرضيات بررسي شد نتايج نشان داد كه كه بين متغيرهاي مستقل (اسم متغيرها رو مينويسي) و وابسته(اسم متغير) رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد. لازم به ذكر است كه نتايج آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنوف حاكي از نرمال بودن متغيرها مي باشد كه اعتبار ضرايب بدست آمده را تاييد مي كند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational structure on psychological empowerment of Payame Noor University employees in Urmia. The statistical population of the study consisted of employees of Payame Noor University of Urmia. The number of them is based on the organization s statistics, at the time of the research, about 180 people, of whom 123 were selected as the statistical sample using simple Morgan table. Data were collected using questionnaires. To analyze the data using linear regression, the relationship between the variables of each of the hypotheses was examined. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables (the name of the variables) and the dependent variable (variable name). It should be noted that the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicate that the variables are normal, which confirms the validity of the obtained coefficients.
