In this paper we introduce a brief history of Genetic Base Machine Learning as Evolutionary Computing paradigm and lecture some features of each implementations under two points of view, Michigan-style LCS and Pittsburgh-style LCS and distinguish each divisions among implementations. Keeping in mind that LCS is a paradigm for genetic-based machine learning rather than a specific method. Finally we introduce KEEL as tools of GBML systems.
