افزايش تقاضاي انرژي ،آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي و گرم شدن زمين دلايل اصلي تمايل سياستگذاران حوزه انرژي به منابع تجديد پذير مي باشد. رشد بي رويه مصرف انرژي در ايران به حدي است كه پيشبيني مي شود تا پنج سال آينده اين كشور را از صادركننده انرژي به واردكننده آن تبديل كند .براين اساس سازمان انرژي هاي تجديد پذير و بهره وري انرژي برق (ساتبا) وابسته به وزارت نيرو فرآيند خريد تضميني برق توليدي از نيروگاه هاي تجديد پذير و پاك غيردولتي را در دستور كار خود قرارداده است .در اين مقاله با بهره گيري از نرم افزار Retscreenكه يكي از نرم افزارهاي تجزيه و تحليل پروژه انرژي پاك است به بررسي فني، اقتصادي و زيست محيطي سيستم هاي انرژي بادي و خورشيدي به ظرفيت KW 5 و عمر 20 سال براي شرايط آب و هوايي استان فارس شهرستان ني ريز پرداخته شده است. با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده ميزان فروش برق به شبكه ازسيستم خورشيدي 9مگا وات ساعت، ميزان دارايي قبل ازماليات برابر9/26درصد، برگشت سرمايه 7/3 سال و درآمد سالانه 78745392 ريال مي باشد. همچنين با اجراي سيستم انرژي خورشيدي كاهش 9 تن توليد دي اكسيد كربن معادل 8/0هكتار جنگل در حال جذب را در پي خواهد داشت. ميزان فروش برق به شبكه از سيستم انرژي بادي 13مگاوات ساعت ، برگشت سرمايه9/5 سال ،ميزان درامد سالانه پروژه 76595688ريال مي باشد. همچنين سيستم انرژي بادي باعث كاهش 13 تن توليد دي اكسيد كربن و كاهش مصرف2/30بشكه نفت خام مي گردد.
