چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي اعتبارسنجي منابع اطلاعاتي تحت وب با توجه به پژوهش هاي انجام گرفته و سطوح مختلفي كه اين پژوهشها به آنها پرداخته اند مي باشد، به اين منظور، پژوهش هايي كه به نام مدل، چارچوب، شيوه، نظريه و مانند انجام شده اند مورد بررسي قرار گرفته اند. روش به كار رفته در اين پژوهش تحليل محتوا مي باشد و ابزار گرداوري اطلاعات، كتابخانه اي است. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه در ميان پژوهش هاي انجام شده 9 پژوهش پتي و كاسيوپا، تسينگ و فوگ، فريتچ و كرامول، واتن و بوركل، فوگ ، مئولا، متزگر، ري و دنيلسون و هليگاس و ري را مي توان به عنوان مدل معرفي نمود. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه مطالعات اعتبارسنجي منابع اطلاعاتي تحت وب در چهار سطح كاربر، وب سايت، منبع و پيام صورت گرفته است. همچنين در هر يك از اين سطوح، معيارهايي براي ارزيابي اين منابع پيشنهاد شده اند كه در سطح كاربر، دانش موضوعي، در سطح وب سايت روزآمدي سايت، در سطح منبع تخصصي بودن منبع و در سطح پيام، داشتن سند براي پيام مهم ترين معيار هر سطح مي باشند.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the credibility of web-based information resources in relation to the research carried out and the various levels that these studies have addressed. For this purpose, researches that have been performed in the name of model, framework, method, theory, etc. have been investigated. The method used in this research is content analysis and the information gathering tool is the library method. The results of this research showed that among the researches carried out, 9 researches of Petty and Cacioppa, Tseng and Fogg, Fritch and Cromwell, Wathen and Burkell, Fogg, Meola, Metzger, Rieh and Danielson and Hilligoss and Rieh can be introduced as models. . The results also showed that credibility assessment studies of web-based information resources took place at four levels of user, website, source and message. At each of these levels, there are suggested criteria for evaluating these resources which at the level of the user, subject knowledge; at the level of the web site, being up to date; at the level of the source, the source s specialized knowledge; and at the message level, having the document were the most important criteria for each Level.
