بررسي تاثير سبك رهبري اصيل بر سلامت سازماني با نقش تعديل كننده هوش معنوي(موردمطالعه: بانك تجارت استان قزوين))

The Effect of authentic Leadership Style on Organizational Health Considering the Moderating Role of Spiritual Intelligence (case study : the employees of branches of the bank of trade in qazvin province)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تاثير سبك رهبري اصيل بر سلامت سازماني با نقش تعديل گر هوش معنوي بانك تجارت استان قزوين انجام شده است. روش تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و به لحاظ ماهيت و روش، توصيفي-همبستگي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري كليه 320كاركنان شعب بانك تجارت استان قزوين مي باشدكه از اين تعداد 175 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي غيراحتمالي در دسترس انتخاب گرديده است. كه در نهايت175پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري و مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. ابزارهاي پژوهش، پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبري اصيل آواليواوهمكاران (2008) و پرسشنامه سلامت سازماني هوي و فيلدمن (1995) و پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش معنوي آمرام وداير (2007)بود. براي تجزيه و تحيل داده‌ها از آزمون نرمال سنجي توزيع داده‌هاي كلموگروف-اسميرنف، آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و تكنيك مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري و با بهره‌گيري از نرم افزار آناليز مسير PLS استفاده شد.يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد بين رهبري اصيل و هوش معنوي با متغير وابسته سلامت سازماني و بين رهبري اصيل با سلامت سازماني به ترتيب باضريب مسير318/0و556/0 رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجوددارد.همچنين ضريب مسيررابطه 3مولفه خودآگاهي،پردازش متوازن اطلاعات و شفافيت در رابطه برسلامت سازماني به ترتيب با ضرايب مسير،0/206 ، 0/193 ،0/337 مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. ولي رابطه مولفه ي اخلاق مداري برسلامت سازماني با ضريب مسير و معناداري 155/0 ،56/1 تاييد نشد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership style on organizational health with the moderating role of spiritual intelligence in the Tejarat Bank of Qazvin Province. The research method in terms of purposee is applied and in terms of nature and method is descriptive-correlation. Statistical society is consist of Bank s trade staff that their number is 320 person. The sample was selected using non-probable cluster sampling method. Finally, 175 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The research instruments were authentic leadership avelio et al (2008) and organization health questionnaire of Hoy Feldman (1995) and the Spiritual Intelligence questionnaire of Amram, Y. Dryer (2007). To analyze the data used the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normalization test, Pearson correlation coefficient test and structural equation modeling technique as well as PLS path analysis software. The findings of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the genuine leadership and spiritual intelligence with relative variables of organizational health and between genuine leadership with organizational health and their path coefficient is 0.318 and 0.556, respectively. Also, the path coefficient in a three-components relationship that is consist of self-awareness, balanced information processing and transparency per organizational health is 0.206, 0.193, and 0.337, respectively and have been confirmed. But with 0/155 1/56 path coefficient, not confirmed the relationship between ethical and organizational health.
