Evaluation of Investment Tools in Cooperative Companies in Iran (A new model in the financing of cooperative companies)

چكيده: در اين پژوهش به دنبال ارزيابي ابزارهاي سرمايه گذاري در شركت هاي تعاوني كشور هستيم. بدين منظور با بررسي انواع روش هاي تامين مالي تعاوني ها در دنيا و بررسي نقاط ضعف و قوت هر كدام و همچنين تحليل كارآيي اين روش ها در شرايط مختلف به معرفي الگويي نوين مي پردازيم. با توجه به نارسائي هاي روش هاي تامين مالي تعاوني ها در كشور و كاهش سهم بخش تعاون از اقتصاد ملي در سال هاي اخير، الگوي نوين ارائه شده در پژوهش حاضر كه تركيبي است از مشاركت سرمايه گذار طي روش تامين مالي جمعي (اهداء قرض-الحسنه) و همچنين در سهام اوراق منفعت پروژه هاي شركت تعاوني، مي تواند راه حلي مناسب جهت تجهيز منابع تعاوني ها و رشد روزافزون بخش مردمي اقتصاد كشور باشد. براي بررسي كارآيي الگوي ارائه شده، با شبيه سازي مالي قرارداد و با كمك نرم افزار اكسل 2007، مقادير ارزش فعلي جريانات نقدي حاصل از الگوي قرارداد و همچنين نرخ بازگشت داخلي سرمايه آن در مقايسه با شرايط تامين مالي از طريق روش هاي مرسوم تسهيلات بانكي، بالاتر بوده و مي توان از اين روش به عنوان الگويي جايگزين نسبت به روش هاي معمول، بهره-برداري نمود.

Abstract: In this research, we seek to evaluate investment instruments in cooperative companies in the country. For this purpose, we will introduce a new model by examining various financing methods of cooperatives in the world and examining the strengths and weaknesses of each, as well as analyzing the efficiency of these methods in different situations. Considering the inadequacies of financing methods of cooperatives in the country and reducing the share of cooperatives from the national economy in recent years, the new model proposed in this study is a combination of investor participation in collective financing (Donation of the loan), as well as in the interest-bearing bonds of the cooperative s projects, can be a good way to equip the resources of the cooperatives and the growing growth of the private sector of the country s economy. To examine the efficiency of the proposed model, by simulating the contract and with the help of the Excel 2007 software, the present value of cash flows from the contract pattern, as well as the internal rate of return of its capital, compared with the terms of financing by conventional methods The banking facility is higher and this method can be used as an alternative model to the usual methods.
