Economic Order Quantity Model under Stochastic Demand

در اين مقاله، به گونه‌اي از مدل مقدار سفارش اقتصادي (EOQ) با اين فرض كه تقاضا به طور تصادفي و به صورت آني و يك‌باره اتفاق بيفتد، اشاره شده است و زمان‌هاي توزيع بين دو دوره تقاضا، به صورت مستقل و مشخص در نظر گرفته شده است. همچنين فرض شده است كه سياست سفارش دهي به وسيله سفارش دادن به مقدار يكسان در هر زماني كه سطح موجودي به مقدار صفر برسد و تقاضا وجود داشته باشد، انجام مي‌گردد. در ادامه تحقيق نشان داده شده است كه مقدار سفارش بهينه‌اي كه هزينه موجودي مورد انتظار را حداقل مي‌كند از فرمول مشهور مدل مقدار سفارش اقتصادي پيروي مي‌كند. در انتهاي تحقيق، مثال عددي زده شده است و با انجام تحليل حساسيت، شرايط و رفتار مدل ارائه شده نسبت به تغييرات و نوسانات پارامترهاي هزينه نگهداري، هزينه ثابت سفارش دهي و نرخ تقاضا مورد ارزيابي و بررسي قرار گرفته است و سپس پيشنهاداتي به محققان و پژوهشگران براي انجام تحقيقات آتي ارائه شده است.

: In this paper, an Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model is proposed, with the assumption that the demand occurs randomly and instantaneously, and the distribution times between two periods of demand are considered independently and distinctly, is taken. It is also assumed that the ordering policy is performed by ordering the same amount at any time when the inventory level reaches zero and demand exists. In the following, the research has shown that the optimal order quantity that minimizes the expected cost of inventory follows the well-known formula of the economic order quantity model. At the end of the study, a numerical example has been made, and by performing the sensitivity analysis, conditions and behavior of the proposed model, changes and fluctuations in holding cost parameters, the fixed cost of ordering and the rate of demand are evaluated and then suggestions to researchers and scholars for performing future research is provided.
