رهيافتي جديد در طراحي الگوي كارآفريني موفق براي راه‌اندازي كسب‌وكارهاي پرسود

A new approach to designing a successful entrepreneurial model for launching lucrative businesses

امروزه كارآفريني نيروي محركه اصلي در توسعه اقتصادي است. عصر جديد، عرصه رقابت بر سر منابع و سرمايه‌هاست، كشورهاي بزرگ صنعتي كه فاتحان اين عرصه‌اند بهره‌وري از منابع و سرمايه‌ها را در سر لوحه كار خود قرار داده‌اند و در پرتو وجود افراد تحصيل‌كرده و متخصص، چرخ‌هاي رشد و توسعه را به حركت درآورده‌اند و به ابداعات و نوآوري‌هايي دست يافته‌اند. كارآفريني به‌عنوان يكي از محورهاي اصلي رشد و توسعه است و از نظر برنامه‌ريزي توسعه اقتصادي و توسعه پايدار داراي اهميت است. توجه به تحليل جامع كسب‌وكار و بوم مدل كسب‌وكار دو الگوي مهم در كارآفريني موفق است. همچنين متناسب با انواع كسب‌وكارها، در شرايط كنوني راه‌اندازي كسب‌وكارهاي دانش‌بنيان وضعيت بهتري براي كارآفرين در آينده به دنبال دارد و در نهايت توجه به اين نوع فعاليت‎ها از سوي مردم و مسئولين باعث رونق توليد و شكوفايي اقتصاد كشور خواهد شد. در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصيفي با مقدمه‌اي در مباني كارآفريني، ضمن احصاء اركان و ابعاد كارآفريني به بررسي انواع ويژگي‌هاي افراد كارآفرين پرداخته شده است. در ادامه ضمن بيان فرايند برنامه‌ريزي كارآفريني مبتني بر اقتصاد مقاومتي انواع كسب‌وكار رايج در كشور و الگوهاي خلاقانه توسعه اين كسب‌وكارها بيان‌شده است.

The new era is the sphere of competition for resources and capital, the major industrialized countries that have conquered this field, have put their resources and capital at the top of their agenda, and despite that presence of well-educated and expert people, they have developed growth and development wheels, They have moved on to innovations and innovations. Entrepreneurship is one of the main pillars of growth and development, and it is important in terms of planning for economic development and sustainable development. Attention to comprehensive business analysis and business model canvas are two important models in successful entrepreneurship. Also suitable for a variety of businesses, in the current context, launching knowledge-based businesses will have a better future for an entrepreneur. And finaliy, paying attention to this type of activity by the people and authorities will boost the economy of the country. In the present study, Entrepreneurship components and features of entrepreneurial personality are expressed and the characteristics of entrepreneurship has been studied. In addition, the process of entrepreneurship planning based on the resistance economy is expressed in various types of business in the country and the creative patterns of development of these businesses.
