There is always a gap between known protein sequences and experimentally determined structures, thus generating a reliable protein model is a milestone that computational physical chemists and bio-molecular modelers are required to pass. As an important main receptor for most antipsychotic drugs, we chose dopamine D2 receptor to generate its supplementary structure. The structure has been determined with crystallography recently by professor Wang research group, and we treat the structure using Wincoot/Gaussian/Gromacs.
