In this study, some physical properties (density, viscosity, and surface tension) of an aqueous two-phase system consisting of a DES (choline chloride + glucose with 1:1 mol/mol), di-potassium phosphate and water has been measured at 303.15 K, and the effect of phosphate salt concentration on the physical properties is studied. According to the results, the increase in the phosphate concentration leads to increase in the density and decrease in the surface tension while the viscosity passes through a minimum at 27% (w/w) of phosphate.
