بررسي ارتباط جو اخلاقي و ديدگاه پرستاران در مورد رفتار نامحترمانه در بالين در بيمارستان هاي آموزشي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهركرد

مقدمه: شناسايي عوامل و اشكال مختلف رفتارهاي نامحترمانه در بالين از منظر پرستاران و ارتباط آن با جو اخلاقي حاكم بر بيمارستان مي تواند در كاهش رفتارهاي نامحترمانه در محيط هاي باليني موثر باشد. با توجه به اين موضوع مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين ارتباط جو اخلاقي و ديدگاه پرستاران در مورد رفتار نامحترمانه در بالين انجام شد.روش بررسي:در اين مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي كه در 6 ماه دوم سال 1396 در بيمارستان هاي آموزشي شهركرد انجام شد. نمونه گيري به روش سهميه اي و سپس تصادفي مبتني بر هدف(219 نفر) انجام شد. اطلاعات خواسته شده به كمك پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافيك، جو اخلاقي و رفتار نامحترمانه در بالين جمع آوري شد. آناليز داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS20 و آزمون كاي دو، تي مستقل انجام شد.يافته ها:نتايج حاضل از مطالعه حاضر نشان داد كه نمره جو اخلاقي 66/0±79/3 بود. هم چنين در بررسي رفتار نامحترمانه در بالين ميانگين اين رفتار 10/24 ± 09/14 به دست آمد. نتيجه گيري: با استفاده از نقطه نظرات پرسنل پرستاري در اين تحقيق و با توجه به جواخلاقي و رفتارهاي نامحترمانه در بالين، مسئولان مي توانند با اطلاع از مشكلات موجود در اين راستا و با نگاهي مبتني بر شواهد در جهت رفع اين معضل كه از جمله موانع انجام خدمات باليني كارآمد و موثر در بيمارستان است بپردازند. از طرفي داشتن آگاهي از اين موارد مي تواند موجب كاهش نارضايتي مددجويان مراجعه كننده به محيط بالين شده و خدمات با كيفيت بالاتري براي آنها انجام شود.

introduction: Identifying the different factors and forms of uncivil behaviors in the clinic from the perspective of nurses and its relationship with the ethical circumstance of the hospital can be effective in reducing unwanted behaviors in clinical settings. Regarding this, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relation between ethical circumstance and nurses viewpoints regarding uncivil behavior in the hospital. Materials and methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in Shahrekord educational hospitals in the second six months of 2018. Sampling was done by quota method and then by objective randomization (219 people). Data were gathered using a questionnaire of demographic information, moral circumstance and incivil behavior in the clinic. Data were analyzed using SPSS20 software and Chi-square, independent t-test. Results: The results of this study showed that the ethical barley score was 3.79 ± 0.66. Also, the average behavior of this behavior was 14.09 ± 24.10 in examining the uncivil behavior in the clinic. Conclusion: Based on the views of nursing staff in this research, and with regard to ethical circumstance and uncivil behaviors in the clinic, the authorities can, with the knowledge of the problems in this regard and with an evidence-based view to address this problem, including barriers Carry out effective and efficient clinical services at the hospital. On the other hand, knowing these things can reduce the dissatisfaction of the clients who come to the clinic and provide them with a higher quality of service.
