Nickel(II) Complex bearing β-Ketoiminato Chelate Ligand was synthesized. In this paper, the procedure and the results of synthesis of this complex are presented. Related precursor, Transchloro( phenyl)bis(triphenylphosphane)nickel(II), was synthesized and characterized by EDAX and FT-IR tests. Aside from this, result of H-NMR analysis relevant to β-ketoimine ligand was investigated.
