Thermodynamic’s behaviour of a polymeric solution plays a key role in determination of final porous structure in membrane fabrication process.In this study, ternary phase diagrams of PESCAP mixed polymeric systems were detemined as well as their related pure systems in the presence of NMP as solvent and water as non-solvent. From the results, mixture of PES and CAP polymers with any studied mixing ratio became gel with total polymer conentration of more than 10 wt.%. Altough both pure polymer systems showed very well thermodynamic behaviour for application in membrane preparation, molecular polymeric interactions made the mixed polymeric systems unfavorable for membrane fabrications in he presence of NMP as solvent and water as non-solvent. Also, results showed that both polymer systems are suitable for preparation of microfiltration/ultrafiltration porous polymeric membranes
