Because of high hydrogen demand in petroleum industries, study of hydrogen separation from gas mixtures is highly regarded. Mixed matrix membranes containing both polymer and non-organic materials advantages are suitable for hydrogen recovery. In this research, hollow fiber mixed matrix membranes were fabricated using polyethersulfone (PES) and zeolite SAPO-34 particles and titanium dioxide by dry-wet phase inversion method. Results showed that zeolite incorporation into polymer matrix leads to the reduction of H2 permeation (about 24.4 %) and increase the H2/CH4 selectivity up to (10%). However, a different trend in permeation and selectivity was observed in membranes containing titanium dioxide related to the membranes without it. H2 permeation increament was 36.38% and H2/CH4 selectivity reduction was 13%. In the case of zeolite application, vaiation of membrane properties was evaluated based on the molecular sieving property of zeolite and in another case (titanium dioxide) the chain packing disruption and creating voids in the interface of polymer and nanoparticles was the reason
