Staphylococcus aureus species was cultured.The number of bacteria was defined and result was thesedilution quantities: 6×10-7, 4×10-7 , 2×10-7 and 10-7.The produced extract was sterilized and was addedto all the dilution pipes at the rate of one milliliter to each.The preserving process was studied and since there was no preservation, the number of the bacteriawas reduced. In this way, in the second operation of dilution, these dilution quantities were produced:10-4, 5×10-3 and 10-3. in three pipes of dilution, the extract of 0.5 cc was added and were incubated.
