چكيده فارسي :
با پيشرفت زندگي جديد ،انكار انسان به مقابله با عوامل طبيعي مي پردازد. پديده هايي نظير كم آبي ، گرم شدن زمين و بيابانزائي ،نياز به توليد سازگارپذير با طبيعت از جمله اين عوامل هستند.شتر بدليل خواص شگفت انگيز نظير جلوگيري از گسترش بيابان،مقاومت به كم آبي و شوري آب،توليد محصولات فراسودمند و سالم، بر طرف نمودن نياز به اشتغال،كمك فراوان به توليد ثروت ملي و درآمد هاي غير نفتي با تكيه به توليد ات داخلي از موهبات كشور مي باشد. پس ضروري است تا براي اين مهم طرح توسعه تدوين نمود و آينده پژوهي كرد تا علاوه بر غلبه بر شرايط سخت محيطي از شرايط موجود به نفع كشور بهره جست در اين رهگذر تدوين استراتژي و ساختار عمل آينده نگاري، ما را براي مقابله آماده خواهد كرد مديريت استراتژيك مجموعه تصميم ها و اقداماتي است كه عملكرد بلند مدت يك صنعت را تعيين مي نمايد.مديريت استراتژيك عبارت است از بررسي محيطي ،تدوين استراتژي، اجراي استراتژي، ارزيابي و كنترل. بنابراين مديريت استراتژيك براي آينده پيشرفت يك صنعت در كشور و موفقيت تجاري در منطقه در جهان كنوني بسيار مهم است . يكي از ابزارهاي مهم حصول موفقيت در آينده بر مبناي نياز كشور با استفاده از پتانسيل هاي موجود و قابل اتكا (شتر) ،رامي توان بهره گيري از تدوين برنامه مناسب بر اساس مديريت استراتژيك دانست.

Factors such as dehydration, global warming, and desertification require adaptation to nature.The camel, because of its amazing properties, such as preventing desertification, resisting dehydration and salinity, producing healthy and productive and functional foods, eliminating the need for employment, contributing greatly to national wealth production and non-oil revenues relying on domestic production of is the gift of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and plan for this important development plan and futures studies in order to overcome the harsh environmental conditions in order to take advantage of the existing conditions for the benefit of the country. Strategic is the set of decisions and actions that determine the long-term performance of an industry. Strategic management is environmental review, strategy manufacture, strategy administration, evaluation and control. Strategic management is therefore crucial to the future development of an industry in the country and to regional business success in the present world. One of the most important tools for achieving success in the future based on the need of the country, using the existing and reliable potentials (camel), is the ability to utilize the appropriate strategic management plan.
