مطالعه ريخت شناسي تلخه (Acroptilon repens) از تيره كاسني در ايران

Morphological study of Acroptilon repens (Asteraceae) from Iran

جنس تلخه (Acroptilon) از جمله علف هاي هرز مضر تيره كاسني به شمار مي آيد كه پراكنش بسيار وسيعي داشته و تنها يك گونه به نام A. repens دارد. به منظور مطالعه ريخت شناسي Acroptilon repens جمع آوري هايي از برخي نقاط كشور صورت گرفت. درمطالعه حاضر با استفاده از صفات كمّي و كيفي رويشي و زايشي، 19 جمعيت از گونه A. repens مورد بررسي و مطالعه مورفومتريكي قرار گرفتند. نتايج حاصل از تجزيه و تحليل مختصات اصلي (PCO) نشان داد كه برخي صفات زايشي مانند شكل كلاپركها، وضعيت فيلاريها و شكل ضمائم ارزش تاكسونوميكي بيشتري دارند. مشخص شد كه تنوع زيادي در صفات رويشي گياه به دليل پراكنش وسيع آن وجود دارد. دو زيرگونه به نامهاي subsp. repens و subsp. australe براي گونه A. repens در كشور تشخيص داده شد. در نهايت، كليد تاكسونومي زيرگونه ها و تصاوير آنها در طبيعت ارائه شد.

The genus Acroptilon, with widely distribution, is one of the noxious weed of the family Asteraceae and comprising only single species namely A. repens. In order to morphology study, we collected species of Acroptilon from some parts of the country. With using morphological characters including quantitative and qualitative vegetative and generative, 19 populations of A. repens were examined and studied morphometrically. The results of multivariate analysis (principal coordinates analysis) showed that some characters such as shape of capitula, status of phyllaries and shape of appendages were taxonomically informative. It is established that vegetative traits are variable due to wide distribution of taxon. Two subspecies for A. repens were determined for country namely: subsp. repens and subsp. australe. Finally, taxonomic key and photo in natural habitat of subspecies in Iran are presented.
