Analysis of the entrepreneurial characteristics of board members Agricultural cooperatives in Karaj City

توسعه پايدار و درون زاي بخش كشاورزي نيازمند نيروي انساني كارآمد، خلاق و كارآفرين بويژه در بخش تعاوني هاي كشاورزي است. براي اين منظور برنامه ريزي مستمر براي توانمندسازي كارآفرينانه مديران تعاوني ها در اولويت قرار دارد و نبود اطلاعات لازم در اين خصوص در شهرستان كرج به عنوان مسئله تحقيق تعريف شد. اين مطالعه به روش پيمايشي بر روي 99 نفر از اعضاي هيأت مديره تعاوني هاي كشاورزي شهرستان فوق با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. نتايج با بار عاملي » خلاقيت « تحقيق نشان داد كه ويژگي هاي 781 / 0 اعتماد به « : داراي بيشترين اهميت مي باشد. در مراحل بعدي قرار دارند. معني داري اين مفاهيم » نياز به موفقيت « و » استقلال طلبي « ،» تحمل ابهام « ،» كنترل دروني « ،» ريسك پذيري « ،» نفس نشان داد كه آنها ويژگي هاي كارآفريني اعضاي هيأت مديره تعاوني هاي كشاورزي را با دقت مناسبي مي سنجند.

Sustainable and Inland Development of Agricultural Sector requires to the efficient, creative and entrepreneurial human resources especially in the agricultural cooperatives sector. For this purpose, the continuous planning for entrepreneurship empowerment of co-operative managers is prioritized. Also, the lack of information on this issue in the city of Karaj was defined as a research issue. This study did by survey research and was conducted on 99 members of the board of directors of the agricultural cooperatives of the city, using a researcher-made questionnaire. The results of the research showed that the "creativity" characteristics with the factor load of 0.778 are most important. In the next stages: "self-confidence", "risk-taking", "internal control", "tolerance of ambiguity", "independence" and "need for success." The meaningful implications of these concepts indicated that they consider the entrepreneurial characteristics of the members of the board of directors of agricultural cooperatives with an appropriate precision.
