Investigating the Role of Agricultural Cooperatives in Ilam City on Household Welfare

هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي شهرستان ايلام بر رفاه خانوار مي باشد. اين پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ روش همبستگي،علي،ارتباطي مي باشد. جامعه تحقيق شامل كليه اعضاي تعاوني هاي توليد كشاورزي شهر ايلام به تعداد 6004 نفر مي باشند. حجم نمونه، برابر با 361 نفر، از جدول مورگان و از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده استفاده شده است. براي جمعآوري داده ها از روش ميداني و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. در اين تحقيق براي گردآوري اطلاعات پيشينه و مباني نظري از روش كتابخانه اي و داده هاي آماري از روش ميداني به كار گرفته شده است. اعتبار پرسشنامه توسط كارشناسان مديريت كشاورزي مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و پايايي آن از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد. با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS داده هاي جمع آوري شده مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق مشخص شد كه بين خدمات بازاريابي، آموزشي و زيرساختي با رفاه اقتصادي و اجتماعي خانوار اعضاء رابطه مثبت معناداري وجود دارد. بنابراين وزارتخانه ها و سازمان هاي مربوطه مثل وزارت تعاون جهت افزايش رفاه اقتصادي و اجتماعي اعضا،، خدمات بازاريابي، آموزشي و زيرساختي مناسب ارائه دهند.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of agricultural production cooperatives in Ilam city on household welfare. This research is in terms of its purpose and in terms of correlation, Ali, is a communication. The research community included All members of the agricultural production cooperatives in Ilam are 6004 people. The sample size is 361 people, using Morgan table and simple random sampling method. in this study library method and statistical data from field method is used to collect background data and theoretical principles. Reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Agricultural management experts and its reliability was used by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Using SPSS collected data were analyzed. According to the research findings, it was found that there is a significant positive relationship between marketing, educational and infrastructure services with the economic and social well-being of household members. Therefore, ministries and relevant organizations, such as the Ministry of Cooperatives, will provide marketing, training and infrastructure services to enhance the social and economic well-being of the members.
