تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي مجريان طرح هاي مرتعداري در شهرستان ايلام

نظر به اهميتي كه مراتع در توليد و برآوردن نيازهاي بشر و حركت در جهت توسعه پايدار دارند و با توجه نقشي كه طرح هاي مرتعداري در رسيدن به اين هدف ايفا مي كند مرتعداران به عنوان ركن ا صلي در رسيدن به اين اهداف بايد از دانش كافي در ارتباط با بخش هاي مختلف مربوط به اين طرح ها برخوردار باشند. آنچه در فرايند آموزش بسيار مهم است نيازهاي آموزشي فراگيران است كه بر ا ساس آن محتواي دوره هاي آموز شي تعيين مي گردد. بر اين ا ساس در مطالعه حا ضر به تعيين نيازهاي آموزشي مجريان طرح هاي مرتعداراي شهرستان ايلام پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماري مورد بررسي مرتعداران شهرستان ايلام مي باشند كه با توجه به جدوم مورگان حجم نمونه مورد بررسنني 210 نفر برآورد گرديد. داده هاي اين مطالعه با اسننتفاده از پرسشنامه ي كه ميزان آلفاي كرونباخ آن 91 / 0 بدست آمد جمع آوري شد. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده گويه هاي روش هاي مديريت طرح هاي مرتعداري، مراحل اجراي طرح هاي مرتعداري و محصول بابل برداشت در مراتع از بيشترين ضريب تغييرات (48 / 23 ، 06 / 27 و 86 / 27 درصد) برخوردارند و در اولويت هاي آخر برار گرفتند بنابراين مرتعداران مورد بررسي كمترين اطلاعات را در ارتباط با اين موارد داشته و نيازهاي آموزشي جامعه آماري مورد بررسي موارد ذكر شده مي باشند. بر اين اساس محتواي دوره هاي آموزشي بايد با توجه به اين اولويت بندي تعيين گردد بعلاوه ويژگي هاي فردي و اجتماعي مرتعداران در تعيين محتوا و روش هاي مورد استفاده در دوره هاي آموزشي بسيار مهم هستند.

Accordingly, in this study, the educational needs of rangeland designers in Ilam city have been determined. The statistical population of the study was the farmers of Ilam, which according to Morgan table, the sample size was estimated to be 210. The data of this study were gathered using a questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 0.91. Based on the results obtained, the range of management methods for rangelands, stages of rangelands and harvestable products in rangelands have the highest coefficient of variation (23.48, 27.06 and 27.86%), and in priority Finally, the tested runners have the least information regarding these issues and the educational needs of the statistical society are the ones mentioned. Accordingly, the contents of the training courses should be determined with due regard to this priority. In addition, the individual and social characteristics of the renter are very important in determining the content and methods used in the training courses.
