تحليل راهبردي توسعه فعاليت هاي كارآفرينانه كشاورزي در استان كرمانشاه

Strategic Analysis the Development of Agricultural Entrepreneurial Activities in Kermanshah Province

ظرفيت بالاي بخش كشاورزي در استان كرمانشاه به دلايلي همچون تنوع شرايط آب و هوايي و اقليمي، دسترسي به زمين هاي حاصلخيز و نيروي كار آماده فعاليت تو جه بيش از پيش به اين بخش را الزامي مي نمايد. شناسايي علوامل موثر بر توسعه كارآفريني كشاورزي منجر به تسهيل و شيشرفت سريعتر اين امر خواهد شد. اين پژوهش به منظور دستيابي به راهبرد اصلي تو سعه فعاليت هاي كارآفرينانه ك شاورزي در ا ستان كرمان شاه انجام شده ا ست. رويكرد مورد نظر در اين مطاتعه كيفي- كمي بوده كه براي تحليث داده ها در بخش كيفي از روش تحليث محتوا و در بخش كمي از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي در محيط نرم افزار Expert Choice استفاده شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه در بخش كيفي كارآفرينان كشاورزي استان كرمانشاه بودند كه از 27 نفر آنها مصاحبه عميق نيمه ساختارمند به لمث آمد، در بخش كمي نيو شر س شنامه مقاي سات زو ي در اختيار 10 نفر از كارآفرينان، اساتيد و كارشناسان كارآفريني و كشاورزي استان قرار گرفت. در نهايت براساس نتايج پژوهش، راهبرد توسعه اي " توسعه بازارهاي منطقه اي و بسترسازي براي توسعه شركت هاي كارآفرينانه و ارائه محصولات كارآفرينان كشاورزي استان در نمايشگاه هاي منطقه اي، ملي و بين المللي" با اولويت نهايي 347 / 0 به عنوان بهترين استراتژي و راهبرد محافظه كارانه " تدوين سياست ها و ايجاد بسترهاي مناسب حمايتي از كارآفرينان كشاورزي از سوي دولت و سازمان ها مثل پرداخت يارانه به توليدكنندگان و ارائه تسهيلات به كارآفرينان براي سهولت در دسترسي به زمين مناسب جهت انجام فعاليتشان" نيز با اولويت نهايي 270 / 0 به لنوان استراتژي جايگزين براي توسعه فعاليت هاي كارآفرينانه كشاورزي در استان كرمانشاه انتخاب گرديد.

The high capacity of the agricultural sector in Kermanshah province for reasons such as weather conditions and climatic diversity, access to fertile land and workforce ready to work more and more attention to this sector are required. Identify factors affecting the development of entrepreneurial agricultural, this matter will get lead to facilitate and faster progress. This research strategy for development in order to achieve agricultural entrepreneurial activities carried out in Kermanshah province. The approach taken in this study is qualitative and quantitative which data analysis in qualitative sector content analysis method and in quantitative sector is the Analytic Hierarchy Process in Expert Choice software was used. In the qualitative study population in Kermanshah province agricultural entrepreneurs that 27 of them were semi-structured in-depth interviews, in the quantitative part too questionnaire of paired comparisons to the 10 of entrepreneurs, professors and experts of entrepreneurship and agricultural in province it placed. Finally, the results of research, development strategy of " The development of regional markets and paving the way for the development of entrepreneurial companies and introduction of products of agricultural entrepreneurs in exhibitions of regional, national and international “As the best strategy and 0.347 ultimate priority and conservative strategy "policy formulation and establishment of appropriate infrastructure to support agricultural entrepreneurs and organizations, such as government subsidies to producers and entrepreneurs to facilitate the access to the appropriate facilities to do the work." Also Final priority the development of entrepreneurial activities 0.270 as alternative strategy for agriculture in the province of Kermanshah was selected.
