Investigating Effective Solutions, the Local Organization of Facilitator collective Participation in the Rural Development Process (Case study: Hesargoli village in Javadabad in Varamin)

ارتقاء كيفيت برنامه هاي توسعه مشاركت بهره برداران از جمله اقدامات عاجل پيش روي دستگاه هاي اداري در بسياري از كشور ها است. استفاده كارا، موثر و پايدار از سرمايه گذاري هاي به عمل آمده در حيطه كشاورزي، درگروي مشاركت فعال كشاورزان وجوامع محلي ذينفع و براساس نياز واقعي آنان است . هدف اين مقاله بررسي راهكارهاي مؤثر سازمان هاي محلي تسهيل گر مشاركت جمعي در فرايند توسعه روستايي است. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه، كيفي و روش نمونه گيري از نوع گلوله برفي مي باشد، همچنين به منظور تحليل وضع موجود از ماتريس زوجي استفاده شده است. داده هاي كيفي شامل جملات مستقيم از مردم درباره تجربياتشان، ديدگاه ها، احساسات و دانش آنهاست كه از طريق مصاحبه، يادداشت جزئيات فعاليت ها، رفتارها و اقدامات مردم و مشاهده اسناد جمع آوري گرديده است. در تحقيق حاضر به منظور افزايش قابليت اعتماد تحقيق از فنوني مانند موقعيت محقق در زمينه اجتماعي، سه وجهي سازي و بازرسي پيشگام استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج تحقيق و با توجه به مسائل و مشكلات اين روستا از جمله محروميت، دوري از شهر،كمبود امكانات آموزشي و عدم فعاليت كارشناسان آموزشي و ترويجي در روستا و .. توجه ويژه به سازمان هاي محلي تسهيل گر مشاركت جمعي و ارائه آموزش هاي متناسب با نياز كشاورزان و دامداران اعم از زنان و مردان پيشنهاد مي شود.

Promotion of the quality of the participation development program for stakeholders is among the urgent measures before administrative bodies in many countries. Effective, Efficient and sustainable utilization of the investments made in the field of agriculture is subject to participation of farmers and the local beneficiary communities and based on their real needs. This paper aimed at studying the role of knowledge and local researches in attracting sustainable participation of farmers in rural local organizations. This was done by a case study in Hesargoli village in Javadabad in Varamin County. The research method is qualitative and the samples have been taken through snowball method. Moreover, the paired matrix was used for analyzing the status quo. The qualitative data including direct statements said by the people on their experiences, their feelings and knowledge collected through interviews, noting the details of activities, behaviors and actions, and observing documents. In this research, in order to increase the reliability as well as the researcher’s position in the social context, we used triangulation and pioneering inspection. Based on results of the research and due to problems of this village especially under development, remoteness from city, lack of educational possibilities and absence of extension and education experts in the village and etc, it is suggested that especial attention to be given to organizations facilitating public participation and provision of trainings appropriate the needs of the farmers and livestock producers including men and women.
