شناسايي وارزيابي معيارهاي موثر در برنامه ريزي محيط زيست سرزنده و خاطره ساز (مطالعه موردي: درياچه چيتگرشهرتهران)

Identification and evaluation of effective measures in Environment planning and memory maker lively atmosphere (Case Study: Chitgar Lake)

زندگي هر روزه شهروندان، گستره اي از ارتباطات و تعاملات اجتماعي و فعاليت ها در قالبي از فضاهاي ساخته شده است . هدف اين مقاله پرداختن به شناسايي وارزيابي معيارهاي موثر در برنامه ريزي شهري فضاي سرزنده و خاطره ساز و تصوير ذهني شهروندان نسبت به درياچه چيتگروكاربري هاي اطراف آن است تا از اين گذر، بتوان مديران، برنامه ريزان، و سياست گذاران شهري را درجهت بهبود ارتباط شهروندان و افزايش سرزندگي با محيط درياچه وكاربري هاي اطرافش از طريق مشاركت دادن كاربران فضا درجهت تدوين چشم اندازهاي توسعه هاي آتي ياري نمود. در اين تحقيق، درياچه چيتگرتهران به عنوان محدوده مطالعاتي برگزيده شده و نظرات كاربران در خصوص عوامل و معيارهاي مؤثر بر خاطره انگيزي در قالب پرسشنامه جمع آوري گرديدند. انتخاب درياچه چيتگر به دليل اهميت آن در تلطيف هوا و حيات شهري ، فعاليت پذيري، تنوع كاركردها و قابليت شرايط بهبود محدوده و حتي كلانشهر تهران در آينده در جهت افزايش سرزندگي شهري بوده است. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه عناصركالبدي از نظر كاربران واجد اهميت بيشتري از حوزه هاي فعاليت ومعنا بوده و همين امر، اهميت برنامه ريزي در جهت ارتقاي فعاليت هاي تفريحي و اجتماعي را دوچندان مي كند. در واقع برنامه ريزي براي بهبود عامل كالبدي نيز بايستي در جهت افزايش امكان شكل گيري فعاليت هاي متنوع و نيز بهبود تصوير و سيماي محيط در ذهن كاربران فضا باشد تا موجب ارتقاي ميراث هويت وخاطرات جمعي و تجمع ميراث ناشي از زندگي هر روزه شهروندان در محيط هاي شهري گردد

Citizens' daily life is a range of communications, social interactions and activities in the form of built spaces. The aim of this paper is to identify and evaluate effective criteria in urban planning in lively atmosphere, memory maker and creating an image to the citizens of the surrounding chitgar lake; therefore, managers, planners, and policy makers could improve the relationship between citizens and increased urban vitality through partnerships with the users of surrounding environment of the lake to help future development. In this study, Chitgar Lake was chosen as the study area and user comments about the factors and criteria of the memorable place in the form of questionnaires were collected. Selection of Chitgar lake was because of its importance in atmosphere, stylized urban life, flexibility of usage and range of functions and capabilities, and even metropolitan Tehran conditions improve in the future in order to increase urban vitality. The results indicate that in users’ opinion physical features have more important than the meaning and the scope of activities which indicates importance of planning in order to promote social and recreational activities. In fact, planning to improve operating performance and aesthetic should be to increase the possibility of forming various activities and improve the image and profile of the user-space environment in mind to promote collective heritage, identity, memories and heritage accumulation of citizens' daily life in the urban environment.
