واكاوي وضعيت اشتغال وتناسب رشته تحصيلي باشغل در دانش آموختگان دوره هاي علمي كاربردي كشاورزي وعوامل موثربرآن

اين پژوهش با هدف آگاهي از وضعيت اشتغال وتناسب رشته با شغل در دانش آموختگان علمي كاربردي كشاورزي و – تحليل عوامل تاثير گذاربرآن انجام گرديده است. متغير وابسته تحقيق درمدل اول وضعيت اشتغال ودرمدل دوم تناسب رشته تحصيلي با شغل است. متغيرهاي مستقل شامل سن ،جنسيت،سهميه پذيرش، ميزان علاقه مندي به رشته تحصيلي، ميزان رضايت از رشته تحصيلي، نگرش به دانش و مهارت هاي كسب شده، نگرش به فرهنگ كار ، ميزان هدايت شغلي درزمان تحصيل ونگرش به موانع اقتصادي اشتغال مي باشد.نمونه آماري تحقيق شامل 167 نفر از دانش آموختگان مركزآموزش جهاد كشاورزي خراسان رضوي مي باشند و ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. در برآورد و تحليل نتايج از مدل پروبيت دوگانه ومدل پروبيت ترتيبي استفاده شده است.نتايج نشان مي دهد حدود 58 درصد دانش آموختگان در حال حاضر شاغلند ودر بين شاغلين نيز تناسب شغل با رشته تحصيلي در شرايط مناسبي قراردارد.از متغيرهاي مستقل وارد شده درمدل اول ،متغيرهاي سن ،جنسيت، ميزان علاقه مندي به رشته تحصيلي ونگرش به دانش ومهارت هاي كسب شده دردوران تحصيل براحتمال اشتغال تاثير معناداري دارند به طوريكه با افزايش سن احتمال اشتغال افزايش مي يابد واحتمال اشتغال زنان نسبت به مردان كمتربوده وبا افزايش ميزان علاقه به رشته تحصيلي ونگرش به دانش ومهارت هاي كسب شده احتمال اشتغال نيز بالاتر مي رود. همچنين نتايج مدل پروبيت ترتيبي براي متغير وابسته تناسب رشته با شغل مبين آن است كه متغيرهاي جنسيت،سهميه پذيرش ونگرش به دانش و مهارت هاي كسب شده دردوران تحصيل براحتمال تناسب رشته با شغل تاثير معناداري دارند.

In order to understanding employment of graduated student from agriculture college of science and applied college that have fitness with their course study and also probing factors that has been effected on its, an investigation was conducted in Institude of Science and Applied Higher Educational of Jihad-e-Agriculture (ITVHE) in Khorasan Razavi province. In this research depended variable was situation employment in the first model and approperating course study with job in the second model. The independed variables were age, gender, accepted share, degree of interest in the field of education, course satisfaction, attitudes to knowledge and skills acquired, attitudes towards work culture, career guidance levels during of study and attitude to job economic barriers. Statistical population was 197 graduated from ITVHE in Khorasan Razavi. Data was accumulated with layout of questionnaire. In analysis of data was used of binary Probit Model and ordered Probiot Model . The results showed that about 58 percent of graduated are employment now and there are favorable proporation between their jobs and course studied. In the first model there was significant difference in probablity of aquired job and independed variable as age, gender, degree of interest in the field of education and attitudes to knowledge and skills acquired during study, as with increase age was enhanced probablity of employment and possiblity aquired jobs was lower in women in compare of men. Probablity of employment was increased with enhancing amount of interest in the field of education and attitudes to knowledge and skills acquired during study. The results from second model for depended variable fitness jobs with course study indicated that there was significant difference between fitness job with course study and independed variables as gender, accepted share, attitudes to knowledge and skills acquired during study.
