ﻫﻮرﺗﻨﺴﯿﺎ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺟﺬاب ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮔﻠﻬﺎي زﯾﻨﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺰﺋﯿﻦ و دﮐﻮراﺳﯿﻮن آﭘﺎرﺗﻤﺎن ﻫﺎ، ﻣﺤﻮﻃﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮔﯿﺎه داروﺋﯽ ﺑﺮاي درﻣﺎن ﺳﺮﻃﺎن ﮐﺒﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﺳﯿﻮن ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﯿﮕﯿﺮد. در ﮐﺸﻮر اﯾﺮان ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺎل ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﭼﺸﻢ ﮔﯿﺮي روي ﺗﮑﺜﯿﺮﮔﯿﺎه ﻫﻮرﺗﻨﺴﯿﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺘﻪ واﯾﻦ ﮔﻞ درﮔﻞ ﻓﺮوﺷﯽ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻗﯿﻤﺖ ﺧﯿﻠﯽ زﯾﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮوش ﻣﯿﺮﺳﺪ. ﮐﺸﺖ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه و ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ ﯾﮏ ﭘﺮوﺗﮑﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ اﻧﺒﻮده اﯾﻦ ﮔﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﺗﺠﺎري ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺷﺎﯾﻊ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ آﻟﻮدﮔﯿﻬﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ در ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﮐﺸﺖ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻋﺒﺎرت از آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮﯾﺎﯾﯽ، ﻗﺎرﭼﯽ و وﯾﺮوﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ رﯾﺰ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎه ﻫﻮرﺗﻨﺴﯿﺎ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺟﯿﻮه در ﻣﺪت ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺿﺪﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺟﯿﻮه ﺑﺮاي ﺿﺪ ﻋﻔﻮﻧﯽ 0/1درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن3/5 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ 75 درﺻﺪ از رﯾﺰﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ زﻧﺪه ﻣﺎﻧﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Hortensia is one of the most attractive plant species that used for decorating apartments, landscaping as
well as this plant used as a medicinal plant for the treatment of liver cancer and as an anti-oxidant drug.
There has been no significant research performed on the production of hortensia plant in Iran and this
flower is sold at a very high price in flower shops. By achieving the proper protocol for mass production
of this plant with plant tissue culture technique, we can produce it's on a commercial scale. The most
common contaminants in plant tissue culture techniques are bacterial, fungal and viral contamination. In
this study, hortensia flower explants were sterilized in different treatment of mercuric chloride
concentration at different periods which the best concentration of mercuric chloride for the sterilization of
explants was 0.1% at 3.5 minutes that about 75% of explants survived.
