ﻫﺎﯾﺪراﻧﺠﯿﺎ ﻣﺎﮐﺮوﻓﯿﻼ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي در ﺳﺮاﺳﺮ ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ داراي زﯾﺒﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﻮق اﻟﻌﺎده ﺑﻮده و ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﻪ pH ﺧﺎك ﮔﻞ ﻫﺎي آن رﻧﮓ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ از ﻗﺒﯿﻞ ﺻﻮرﺗﯽ، آﺑﯽ، ﺳﻔﯿﺪ، ﺑﻨﻔﺶ وﻏﯿﺮه را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﻣﯿﮑﻨ.ﺪ اﯾﻦ ﮔﻞ داراي ارزش اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي زادي ﺑﻮده و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر دﮐﻮراﺳﯿﻮن ﺑﺎغ ﻫﺎ، آﭘﺎرﺗﻤﺎن ﻫﺎ، ﻣﺤﻮﻃﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﻪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮔﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻗﻄﻊ ﺷﺪه و ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﯿﺸﻮد. اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﻪ روش ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﮑﺜﯿﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ آن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﮐﺸﺖ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺟﻬﺖ رﯾﺰ ازدﯾﺎدي اﯾﻦ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ از ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻓﻌﺎل ﺳﺎزي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻫﺎي داراي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻧﺘﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﻌﺎل و ﻏﯿﺮ ﻓﻌﺎل در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﮐﺸﺖMS ﺣﺎوي ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﯿﺘﻮﮐﻨﯿﻦ BAP ﮐﺸﺖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﭘﻨﺠﻢ، ﮐﻪ در آن ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻓﻌﺎل در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ BAP ﮐﺸﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭘﺮآوري را داﺷﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ 7/16، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ 24/16 ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻃﻮل ﺷﺎﺧﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي 7 و8 ﮐﻪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻫﺎي داراي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﻌﺎل در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي 0/25 و 0/5 BAP ﺑﻮد ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Hydrangea macrophylla is one of the most important greenhouse products in the world that has wonderful beauty and its color is depending on the soil pH that its flowers take different colors such as pink, blue, white, purple and so on. This flower has high economic value and is produced for decoration of gardens, apartments, landscapes as well as cut flowers and medicinal plants. This plant is propagated in various ways, the most effective being the tissue culture technique. In this study, the pinching technique of plantlets was used to increase the percentage of proliferation. Explants with active apical bud and inactivated apical bud were cultured in MS medium containing different concentrations of BAP. In the fifth treatment, in which plantlets were with inactivated apical bud at a concentration of 1 mg per liter BAP, the mean of shoots number was 7.16, leaf number was 24.16 and had the longest stem length were achieved at the treatments 2 and 3 which plantlets was with inactivated apical bud and were cultivated in MS medium containing 0.25 and 0.5 BAP concentrations.
