ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢآﺑﯽو ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺑﺮ ﮔﯿﺎه ﻣﺎدري و ﺑﺬور ﺣﺎﺻﻞ آن درﮐﯿﻨﻮا ) Chenopodium quinoa willd،( ﺑﺬور ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺷﺪه از آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪاي ﺑﺎ 7 ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ) ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، آﻫﻦ، روي، آﻫﻦ+روي، ﻧﺎﻧﻮآﻫﻦ، ﻧﺎﻧﻮروي، ﻧﺎﻧﻮآﻫﻦ + ﻧﺎﻧﻮروي( در دو زﻣﺎن )50درﺻﺪ و 100درﺻﺪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ(و 2 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢآﺑﯽ )50درﺻﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ( و 85 درﺻﺪ ﺗﺨﻠﯿﻪ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﯽ ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ زراﻋﯽ( ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1397 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﻮد، ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.آزﻣﻮن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در 4 ﺗﮑﺮار در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژي و ﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﮑﺪهي ﻋﻠﻮم ﮐﺸﺎورزي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷ.ﺪ در ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي آﻫﻦ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 4 در ﻫﺰار و ﻓﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ اﮐﺴﯿﺪ آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﯾﮏ در ﻫﺰار، روي از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روي ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 3 در ﻫﺰار و ﻓﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ اﮐﺴﯿﺪروي ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﯾﮏ در ﻫﺰار اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﯾﮏ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻧﺎﻧﻮآﻫﻦ و ﻧﺎﻧﻮروي در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ 50 درﺻﺪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ درﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢآﺑﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در 50 درﺻﺪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮐﻢآﺑﯽ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
To effects of water deficit stress and nutrients on matenral plant and its seeds in quinoa (Chenopodium
quinoa willd), Seeds harvested from field experiment with 7 levels of foliar application with nutrients
(control, Fe, Zn, Fe + Zn, nano-Fe, nano- Zn, nano-Fe + nano-Zn) at two times (50% and 100% flowering)
and 2 levels of water deficit stress( %05( no stress) and 85% moisture discharge of crop capacity) was used
in the research farm of Shahed University in 2018. Germination test with completely randomized design
with four replications was conducted in Seed Physiology and Technology Laboratory . used Fe from Fe
sulfate amount of 4 in 1000, and nano form, from Fe - nano oxide amount of 1 in 1000. The results
showed that the effect of foliar application with nutrients, all traits evaluated were significant at 1% level.
The highest germination percentage was obtained in nano-Fe and nano-Zn composition in 50% flowering
stage under without drought stress conditions and also the lowest germination percentage in control
nutritional treatment in 50% flowering under water deficit condition
