اشتغال و نقطه مقابل آن بيكاري، به ترتيب يكي از مهمترين چالش ها و مشكلات كشورهاي جهان به حساب مي آيد و در كشورهاي كمتر توسعه يافته، كشاورزي بخش ضروري براي شروع توسعه پايدار و به دنبال آن توسعه پايدار روستايي است. محيط رو ستايي، با توجه به شرايط فيزيكي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و نهادي خود، محيط كارآفريني معيني را عر ضه مي كند. اما همراه با افزايش هزينه هاي زندگي در روستتا، به دليل پيوستتن به اقتصاد ملي، درآمدزايي پايين مشاغل روستايي، ناتواني در معيشت پايدار رو ستايي را باعث شده كه نارضايتي ساكنان رو ستا را به همراه دا شته و باعث كاهش تمايل رو ستاييان به ويژه جوانان روستا نسبت به مشاغل روستايي و كشاورزي شده است كه اين موضوع عملاً باعث مهاجرت گسترده نيروي فعال و كارآمد رو ستايي شده و در نهايت تهديدي جدي براي اقت صاد ك شور خواهد بود. از اينرو در دهه هاي اخير با توجه به نقش مؤثر و مثبت كارآفريني در جوامع روستايي، توسعه كارآفريني روستايي مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. روش تحقيق اين مطالعه به صورت توصيفي- تحديدي و روش گردآوري اطلاعات به صورت كتابخانه اي مي باشد. نتيجه مي شود كه با توجه به اهميت و ضرورت فعاليت هاي توليدي، به عنوان منبعي پايدار براي امرار معاش خانواده ها، تو سعه ي كارآفريني رو ستايي به عنوان نماد تلاش و موفقيت و منشأ تحولات بزرگ در زمينه هاي ك شاورزي و در سطح روستا موتور محرك توسعه، رشد و پيشرفت اقتصادي، ايجاد شغل و اصلاح اجتماع محسوب مي شود.

The research method is descriptive-analytic and data collection method is library. It is concluded that considering the importance and necessity of productive activities as a sustainable source for livelihoods of families, the development of rural entrepreneurship as a symbol of effort and success and the origin of major changes in the field of agriculture and At the village level, the motor is a driver of development, economic growth, job creation, and community reform.
