ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ اﺛـﺮ ﮐـﻮد ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳـﺖ ﻧﯿﺸـﮑﺮ ﺑـﺮ ﺑﺮﺧـﯽ ﺻـﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾـﮏ و ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾـﮏ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﮑﺎﻟـﻪ در ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗـﻨﺶ ﻗﻄـــﻊ آﺑﯿـــﺎري، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸـــﯽ ﺑـــﻪ ﺻـــﻮرت اﺳـــﭙﻠﯿﺖ ﭘـــﻼت در ﻗﺎﻟـــﺐ ﻃـــﺮح ﭘﺎﯾـــﻪ ﺑﻠﻮكﻫـــﺎي ﮐﺎﻣـــﻞ ﺗﺼـــﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑـــﺎ ﭼﻬـــﺎر ﺗﮑـــﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸـﯽ داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه ﻋﻠـﻮم ﮐﺸـﺎورزي و ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌـﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳـﺘﺎن اﺟـﺮاء ﺷـﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣـﻞ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸـﯽ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﭼﻬـﺎر ﺳـﻄﺢ آﺑﯿـــﺎري )آﺑﯿـــﺎري ﮐﺎﻣـــﻞ، ﻗﻄـــﻊ آﺑﯿـــﺎري از ﻣﺮﺣﻠـــﻪ ﻇﻬـــﻮر ﺳـــﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﺗـــﺎ رﺳـــﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾـــﮏ، ﻗﻄـــﻊ آﺑﯿـــﺎري از ﻣﺮﺣﻠـــﻪ ﮔـــﺮده اﻓﺸـــﺎﻧﯽ ﺗـــﺎ رﺳـــﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾـــﮏ و ﻗﻄـــﻊ آﺑﯿـــﺎري از ﻣﺮﺣﻠـــﻪ ﺷـــﯿﺮي ﺧﻤﯿـــﺮي داﻧـ-ـ ـﻪ ﺗـــﺎ رﺳـــﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾـــﮏ( در ﮐـــﺮت ﻫــﺎي اﺻــﻠﯽ ﭘــﻨﺞ ﺳــﻄﺢو ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳــﺖ ﺑﻘﺎﯾــﺎي ﻧﯿﺸــﮑﺮ )ﺻــﻔﺮ، 30 ،20 ،10 و 40 ﺗــﻦ در ﻫﮑﺘــﺎر( در ﮐــﺮتﻫــﺎي ﻓﺮﻋــﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧـــﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾـــﻪ وارﯾـــﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸـــﺎن داد ﮐـــﻪ اﺛـــﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑـــﻞ آﺑﯿـــﺎري ﮐـــﻮد ﮐﻤﭙﻮوﺳـ ــﺖ ﺑـــﺮ ﺻـــﻔﺎت ﺷـــﺎﺧﺺ ﺳـــﻄﺢ ﺑـــﺮگ و ارﺗﻔـــﺎع ﺑﻮﺗــﻪ در ﺳــﻄﺢ درﺻــﺪ و ﺑـ1ـﺮ ﻣﯿــﺰان ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿــﻞ b a و ﮐﻠﺮووﻓﯿ ــﻞ ﮐــﻞ در ﺳــﻄﺢ درﺻــﺪ ﻣﻌﻨـ5ـﯽ دار ﺑﻮدﻧــﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴــﻪ ﻣﯿـــﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﺸـــﺎن داد ﮐـــﻪ ﺑﯿﺸـــﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺷـــﺎﺧﺺ ﺳـــﻄﺢ ﺑـــﺮگ ﺑـــﺎ 7/75 ﺑﯿﺸـــﺘﺮﯾﻦ، ارﺗﻔـــﺎع ﺑﻮﺗـــﻪ ﺑـــﺎ 119/2 ﺳـــﺎﻧﺘﯽﻣﺘـــﺮ، ﺑﯿﺸـــﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿـﻞ a ﺑـﺎ 20/98 ﻣﯿﻠـﯽﮔـﺮم ﺑـﺮ ﮔـﺮم وزن ﺗ،ـﺮ ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘـﺪار ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿـﻞ b ﺑـﺎ 15/20 ﻣﯿﻠـﯽﮔـﺮم ﺑـﺮ ﮔـﺮم وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿـﻞ ﮐـﻞ ﺑـﺎ 35/10 ﻣﯿﻠـﯽﮔـﺮم ﺑـﺮ ﮔـﺮم وزن ﺗـﺮ در ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ آﺑﯿـﺎري ﮐﺎﻣـﻞ ﺑـﻪ ﻫﻤـﺮاه ﻣﺼـﺮف 40 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﮐﻮد ﮐﻤﭙﻮﺳﺖ ﻧﯿﺸﮑﺮ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
A split plot experiment using a randomized complete block design with four replications
was conducted at the research field of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources
University of Khuzestan to study effects of sugarcane compost on some morphological and
physiological traits of triticale under conditions of stress caused by irrigation cessation. The
main plot factors included four levels of irrigation (complete irrigation, irrigation cessation
from spike emergence to physiological maturity, irrigation cessation from pollination to
physiological maturity and irrigation cessation from grain milk-dough stage to
physiological maturity). The subplot factors included five levels of compost prepared from
sugarcane residues (0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 tons per hectare). ANOVA indicated that the
interaction effects of irrigation and compost on leaf area index and plant height were
significant at the 1% and on chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll at the 5% levels.
Comparison of the means revealed that the highest leaf area index value (7/75), the tallest
wheat plants (11/92 cm), the largest content of chlorophyll a (20/98 mg/g fresh weight),
chlorophyll b (15/20 mg/g fresh weight) and total chlorophyll (35/10 mg/g fresh weight)
belonged to the treatment of complete irrigation together with 40 tons of sugarcane compost
per hectare.
