ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﯾﻨﺪول ﺑﻮﺗﯿﺮﯾﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ )IBA( )ﺻﻔﺮ، 2000و 4000 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ا(م ﺑﺮ رﯾﺸﻪ زاﯾﯽ ﻗﻠﻤﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻟﯿﻤﻮ، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﻮار در ﺳﺎل 1395-96 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي اﮐﺴﯿﻦ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ رﯾﺸﻪ زاﯾﯽ، ﺗﻌﺪاد رﯾﺸﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ، وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻃﻮل ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره ﻫﺎي روي ﻗﻠﻤﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾ.ﺪ در ﻗﻠﻤﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن IBA ﺗﺎ 2000 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام، ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت رﯾﺸﻪ زاﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ درﺻﺪ رﯾﺸﻪ زاﯾﯽ، ﺗﻌﺪاد و ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎ و وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﮏ آﻧﻬﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻫﺮﭼﻨﺪ در ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ IBA 4000 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 2000 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام در ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﻮارد اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ در ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت رﯾﺸﻪ زاﯾﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﻧﺒﻮد. در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻃﻮل ﺷﺎﺧﺴﺎره ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي روي ﻗﻠﻤﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 4000 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام IBA ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻃﻮل آﻧﻬﺎ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study the effects of different IBA concentrations (0, 2000 and 4000 ppm) on rooting of
stem cuttings of Lippia citroiodora a factorial experiment based on completely randomized design
was performed in a greenhouse in Kavar at 2016-2017. The results showed that application of auxin
obtained the highest rooting percentage, number and length of roots, their fresh and dry weights and
the length of and shoot length on cuttings with higher diameter cuttings. In cuttings examined,
rooting characteristics including rooting percentage, number and length of roots, and fresh and dry
weight were increased with increasing the concentration of IBA to 2000 ppm, However, at the
highest concentration of IBA (4000 ppm), in most rooting characteristics the increase in them was not
significant against 2000 ppm. The treatment of cuttings with 4000 ppm IBA decreased the length of
new shoots on cuttings.
