تحليل عوامل آموزشي موثر بر توانمندي هاي كارآفرينانه ي دانشجويان علمي كاربردي كشاورزي

هدف كلي اين مقاله اولويت بندي تاثير عوامل آموزشي مؤثر بر توانمندي هاي كارآفرينانه دانشجويان علمي كاربردي كشاورزي بوده است كه به شيوه پيمايشي و با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را تعداد 3485 نفر دانشجويان شاغل به تحصيل در رشته هاي كشاورزي مراكزآموزش علمي كاربردي جهاد كشاورزي تشكيل داده اند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي با انتساب متناسب استفاده گرديد. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه تحقيق( 190 n= )تعيين گرديد. روايي ابزار تحقيق توسط تعدادي از صاحب نظران موسسه آموزش عالي علمي كاربردي جهاد كشاورزي و اعضاي هيات علمي ترويج وآموزش كشاورزي تاييد شد. پايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفا كرونباخ 79 / 0 = α بدست آمد.ضريب تغييرات (C.V) براي اولويت بندي تأثير هر يك از شاخص هاي كارآفرينانه بر توانمندي هاي كارآفرينانه دانشجويان نشان داد؛ داشتن اعتماد به نفس در انجام پروژه هاي درسي ، مستقل بودن در انجام امور درسي و استفاده از فرصت هاي پيش رو به ترتيب بيشترين اولويت و تشخيص فرصت هاي جديد براي ايجاد كسب و كار و پذيرفتن مسئوليت كارها و اقدامات خود و شناسايي شيوه هاي نوآورانه براي مديريت بهينه كسب و كار با منابع محدود به ترتيب كمترين اولويت ها را به خود اختصاص داد. براين اساس محقق پيشنهاداتي را براي بهبود توانمندي كارآفرينانه دانشجويان علمي كاربردي بخش كشاورزي ارائه نموده است.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the educational components affecting the entrepreneurial abilities of students in applied agricultural science education. A survey was carried out using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this research is 3485 students who study agricultural sciences in Applied Scientific Applied Schools of Agriculture Jihad. For data collection, a proportional allocation method was used. Using the Cochran formula, the research volume (n = 190) was determined. Validity of the research tool was confirmed by a number of experts from the Applied Higher Education Institute of Agricultural Jihad and faculty members of Agricultural Promotion and Education. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by using the teta test( 0/8= Ɵ .)For analysis of the data, the spss software was used. The results of the findings from the multivariate regression linear equation showed that the educational components such as the use of teaching methods, equipment and educational media, credits and educational facilities on the students' entrepreneurship capacity have a negative effect on the positive impact and content of applied academic courses, and the components such as Management and planning of courses The physical environment of the educational center has not played a significant role in the entrepreneurial abilities of the students. Based on this, the researcher has come up with solutions and suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial skills of applied agricultural science students.
