چكيده فارسي :
توسعه و مديريت روستايي از اهميت ويژه اي در كشورهاي در حال توسعه، به مانند ايران، برخورداراست. دهياران به عنوان مسئول
دهياري ها و چهره جديد مديريت روستايي در ايران، نقش بسيار مهمي در توسعه و مديريت روستاهاي كشور ايفا مي كنند. با توجه
به تعداد، گستردگي و تنوع روستاها در ايران كه در محدوده ساحلي، جلگه اي، كوهپايه اي و كوهستاني و حتي جاهاي صعب العبور
قرار دارند كه داراي ساختارهاي متنوعي از جمله ساختار اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي مختلفي هستند. داشتن يك مديريت روستايي
قوي در قالب دهياران كه داراي علم مديريتي، روانشناسي، جامع شناس و مردم شناس باشد كه از ساختار مردم منطقه خود و جامعه
كشور آگاهي كامل داشته باشد مي تواند زمينه ساز پيشرفت روستاي تحت مديريت خود باشد. در همين زمينه مطالعه و بررسي نقش
دهياران در ساختار اجتماعي و فرهنگي روستاها از حيث فراهم سازي زمينه توسعه روستاها از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است.
بنابراين در اين تحقيق مروري سعي شده نقش و جايگاه دهياران در توسعه اجتماعي و فرهنگي روستاها مورد بررسي قرار بگيرد.
روش گردآوري اطلاعات نيزبه صورت كتابخانه اي (مقالات، پايان نامه ها، كتاب ها، سايت هاي اينترنتي و ....) مي باشد. كه هدف
آن ضمن بررسي نظام مديريت روستايي بيان وظايف و عملكرد دهياري و دهياران در دستيابي به مديريت نوين و توسعه روستايي
و همچنين نقش و جايگاه دهياران در توسعه اجتماعي و فرهنگي روستاها مورد بررسي قرار بگيرد.

Development and management of rural areas are of special importance in developing countries, like Iran. Islamic rural assemblies as a responsible manager and a new face of rural management in Iran play a very important role in the development and management of villages in the country. Due to the number, breadth, and diversity of villages in Iran, which are in the coastal, plain, mountainous and mountainous areas, and even the harsh places that have different structures, including different economic, social and cultural structures. Having a rigorous rural management with a managerial, psychological, comprehensive, and anthropologist knowledge that fully understands the structure of the people in their region and the community can lead to the development of their own village. In this regard, the study of the role of Islamic rural assemblies in the social and cultural structure of villages is of particular importance in terms of providing rural development.
Therefore, in this review, we have tried to investigate the role and position of rural masters in social and cultural development of villages. The method of collecting information is also in the form of a library (articles, dissertations, books, websites, etc.). The aim of this study is to investigate the rural management system, expressing the tasks and functions of farmers and rural municients in achieving new management and rural development, as well as the role and position of rural masters in social and cultural development of villages.
