چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﻮرﯾﺰا ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﻓﯿﺮﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﮐﺘﺎن روﻏﻨﯽ در ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺑﺎ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﯾﺎﺳﻮج در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1396 ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺪون ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي Rhizophagus irregularis و Glomus intraradices ﻗﺎرچ ﻣﯿﮑﻮرﯾﺰا ( و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﺖ در 5 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﮐﺸﺖ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﮐﺘﺎن روﻏﻨﯽ و ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ و ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻫﺎي 1:1، 1:2و 2:1( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻣﯿﮑﻮرﯾﺰا ارﺗﻔﺎع ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﯿﺎه را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. اﺛﺮ ﮐﻮد زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﺑﺮ رﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﻫﺎي ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰي دو ﮔﯿﺎه ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ b ﮐﺘﺎن روﻏﻨﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﺖ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ،a+ b b، a و ﮐﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﯿﺪ در ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﺘﺎن ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد اﻣﺎ در ﮔﯿﺎه ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﺮ ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ a+ b ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑ.ﻮد ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ a+b در ﮐﺘﺎن روﻏﻨﯽ و ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ در ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط 1:1 و ﮐﺸﺖ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣ.ﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮐﺘﺎن روﻏﻨﯽ و ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﮐﺸﺖ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط 1:1 اﯾﻦ دو ﮔﯿﺎه ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of mycorrhiza biofertilizer on some morphological and
physiological characteristics of linseed in with intercropping fenugreek, an experiment
was conducted in the field of agriculture of Yasuj University of Agriculture in 2017. The
experiment was conducted as a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block
design with three replications. Experimental factors included three levels of biofertilizer
application (control without biofertilizer application and species of Rhizophagus
irregularis and Glomus intraradices mycorrhizal fungi) and crop ratios at 5 levels (pure
flaxseed and fenugreek culture and their 1: 1, 1:2 and 2:1) respectively. The results
showed that application of mycorrhiza biofertilizer increased the height of both plants.
The effect of biofertilizer on photosynthetic pigments of two plants was only significant
on the amount of chlorophyll b of linseed. The effect of culture systems on chlorophyll a,
b, ab and carotenoids was also significant in flax, but in fenugreek was only significant on
chlorophyll ab. The highest chlorophyll ab content was obtained in oil flax and fenugreek
in 1:1 mixture culture and pure culture, respectively. The highest height of linseed and the
highest branch length of fenugreek were obtained by 1:1 mixing of these two plants.
