چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﮑﯿﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ارﻗﺎم ﺗﺠﺎري ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﻬﺎره ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﻧﺘﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﺷـﺎﺧ ﺺ ﻫـﺎي ﺗﺤﻤـﻞ ﺑـﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت اﺳﭙﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﻼت ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟـﺮا ﺷـﺪ . اﻋﻤـﺎل ﺗـﻨﺶ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠـﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ )زادوﮐﺲ 65( آﻏﺎز ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﮐﺜﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ اﺣﺴﺎن و ﮐﻼﺗﻪ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ و ﮐﺮﯾﻢ و ﻣﺮوارﯾﺪ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ارﻗﺎم ﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﮐﺮد. ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي STI HM GMP MP ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧـﻪ در ﻫـﺮ دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﯽ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﺗﻨﺶ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ و ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﻧﺘﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـــﺐ ﺗـــﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧـﺪ . ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ ﺑــﺮ اﺳــﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ و ﻧﻤﻮدارﻫﺎي ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪي، ارﻗﺎم اﺣﺴﺎن، ﮐﻼﺗﻪ، ﺗﯿﺮﮔﺎن و ﻣﻌﺮاج ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮان ﻣﺘﺤﻤـﻞ ﺗـﺮﯾﻦ ارﻗـﺎم ﺑـﻪ ﺗـﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ اﻧﺘﻬﺎي ﻓﺼﻞ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
For investigation the response of commercial spring wheat cultivars to drought stress using stress
tolerance indices, a split plot experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design
(RBCD) with three replications. Imposing stress was initiated at anthesis stage (Zadoks 65). The results of
most of the studied indices identified Ehsan and Kalateh as tolerant cultivars and Karim and Morvarid as
susceptible cultivars. MP, GMP, HM and STI indices were positively and significantly correlated with
grain yield in both control and stress conditions and they were more suitable for assessing terminal
drought stress. Also, based on stress tolerance indices and three-dimensional plots, Ehsan, Kalateh, Tirgan
and Meraj were identified as the most tolerant cultivars under terminal drought stress.
