ﭼﮑﯿﺪه
ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻗﻠﯿﻢ، اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻗﯿﻤﺖ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮐﺸﺎورزي، ﺿﺎﯾﻌﺎت ﺑﺴﯿﺎر در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و اﻧﺒﺎرداري، ﺗﻤﺎﯾﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف زﯾﺎد و ﻧﺎدرﺳﺖ ﻣﻮاد ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ، ﻧﺎرﺳﺎﯾﯽ در ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ و اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻏﺬا، ﺑﻬﺮهوري ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ آب، ﺧﺎك و ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ و درآﻣﺪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﮐﺸﺎورزان از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ روﺑﺮو اﺳﺖ. ﯾﮑﯽ از راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي رﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ از اﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ ﺑﻮﻣﯽﺳﺎزﯾﺴﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ.ﺑﻮﻣﯽﺳﺎزي ﺑﻪ دﻻﯾﻠﯽ ﻫﻢﭼﻮن ﻓﻮاﯾﺪ اﮐﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ، ﻣﺰاﯾﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.ﻣﻔﻬﻮم »ﺣﻮزه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ«، ﭼﺎرﭼﻮﺑﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻏﺬاي ﺑﻮﻣﯽ در ﻫﺮ ﻣﻘﯿﺎس ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ.از اﯾﻦ روي، اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮدي ﺑﺮ ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﭘﺎﯾﺪار، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪي ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﯾﮏ ﺣﻮزه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ و ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ در آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﯾﮏ ﺣﻮزه ﻏﺬاﯾﯽ را ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Climate change, price increase of agricultural products, great amounts of post-harvest and storage losses,
tendency toward excessive and inappropriateconsumption of foodstuff, failure of physical and economic
distribution of food, low productivity in water and soil sources as well as manpower, reduced food safety,
and low income of farmers are among the challenges that food security faces. One of the solutions to
emancipate communities from such challenges is the localization of the food system. Localization is on
the path to sustainable agriculture for some reasons such as ecological benefits, economic benefits, and
social considerations. The concept of foodshed provides a framework to analyze the amount of local food
produced at any scale. Therefore, this study, with an approach to sustainable agriculture, studies the
concept of a foodshedandidentifies the components considered in the analysis of a foodshed.
