اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ آب ﺷﻮر ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﺮﺑﻮﻫﯿﺪرات و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻫﺎي ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ﭘﻨﺒﻪ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1393-94 در ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﮐﺮت ﻫﺎي ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ي ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ آب آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺷﻮري ﻫﺎي 4 )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، 8 و 12 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮐﺮت ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ و ﺳﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺷﺎﯾﺎن، ﻣﻮﺗﺎﻧﺖ ال-ام-1673 و ال ام- 1303 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﮐﺮت ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮﻋﯽ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﺷﻮر ﺑﺮ ﻫﻤﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎي اﺣﯿﺎﯾﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮ اﺣﯿﺎﯾﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. اﺛﺮ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﺸﺎﺳﺘﻪ و ﺑﺮﻫﻤﮑﻨﺶ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ آب ﺷﻮر و ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﺑﺮ ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﻠﻮل و ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻏﯿﺮ اﺣﯿﺎﯾﯽ و ﻧﺸﺎﺳﺘﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ. در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺑﺎ ﺷﻮري 12 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل و ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 50 درﺻﺪ و ﭘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 45 درﺻﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ آب داراي ﺷﻮري 4 دﺳﯽ زﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺷﻮري ﺳﺒﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎ و ﭘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان اﺳﻤﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ آن را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺳﯿﺪ آﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﭘﺮوﻟﯿﻦ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺷﻮر، ﻣﯿﺰان ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
This experiment was laid out in order to study on effect of irrigation saline water on
carbohydrates and protein of mutant cotton genotypes in Isfahan Agricultural and Natural
Resources Center, Iran at 2014-2015, by using of split plot arrangement based on complete
block design with three replications. Experimental treatments were three levels of irrigation
water [4 (as control), 8 and 12 ds m-1] at main plots and three cotton genotypes (LM1673,
LM1303 and Shayan) in sub plots. Results showed that, the effect of irrigation using saline water
on all traits was significant excepting reducing and non-reducing sugars. Effect of cultivar was
significant on starch content and interaction between irrigation using saline water and cultivar
was significant on soluble and non-reducing sugars and starch content. In irrigation using 12 ds
m-1 saline water condition soluble protein and soluble sugars increased as 50% and proline
content increased as 45% rather than irrigation using 4 ds m-1 saline water condition. The salinity
increases sugars and protein as osmolytes that increases plant tolerance to salinity. With regards
to increasing of proline amino acid in saline condition, protein increased in comparison of
control.
