ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﺸﺖ ﮐﯿﻨﻮا و اﻧﺘﺨﺎب رﻗﻢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﮔﺮﻣﺴﺎر و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎ و ﻧﻬﺎدهﻫﺎي ﻣﺼﺮﻓﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺸﺖ ﮐﯿﻨﻮا و ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ آن ﺑﺎ ﮔﻨﺪم، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮكﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در اﯾﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺸﺎورزي ﮔﺮﻣﺴﺎر در اﺳﻔﻨﺪ ﻣﺎه 97 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﺑ ﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ داراي اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﻬﺎده ﻫﺎي ﻣﺼﺮﻓﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺸﺖ ﯾﮏ ﻫﮑﺘﺎر ﮐﯿﻨﻮا در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﮐﺸﺖ ﮐﯿﻨﻮا داراي ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦﺗﺮ و درآﻣﺪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷ.ﺪ در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ رﻗﻢ ﺗﯽﺗﯽﮐﺎﮐﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد 2200 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر رﻗﻢ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷ.ﺪ ﮐﯿﻨﻮا ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﺮﻓﻪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎديو ﻣﺼﺮف آب ﮐﻤﺘﺮ، ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﮐﺸﺖ در زﻣﯿﻦ ﻫﺎي ﮐﻢ ﺑﺎزده و ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ داراي ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ آﺑﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان آن را در ﺗﻨﺎوب ﺑﺎ ﻏﻼت ﻗﺮار داد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to study Quinoa cultivation and selecting the appropriate cultivar of Garmsar region and also
to study the costs and inputs for wheat cultivation and compare with wheat, a randomized complete
block design with three replications was conducted at Garmsar Agricultural Research Station in
March 2018. The results showed that the effect of genotype on all studied traits had significant
differences. The study of costs and inputs for cultivation of one hectare of wheat compared to wheat
showed that the crop quinoa has lower costs and higher income than wheat. Finally, Titicaca cultivar
with average yield of 2200 kg / ha was identified as suitable for the region. Due to its low cost and
low water consumption, Quinoa is a suitable crop for low-yield crops and water-limited areas that can
be alternated with cereals.
