Effects of Biological Compounds of Different Plants on Germination Characteristics of Amaranthus retroflexus L

ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺮز ﺗﺎج ﺧﺮوس ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺷﯿﺮ ﺗﯿﻐﯽ )ﭘﻮدر ﮐﻞ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ(، ﮐﻠﺰا )ﮐﻨﺠﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﺬر(، اﺳﺘﺨﻮدوس )اﺳﺎﻧﺲ(، رزﻣﺎري )اﺳﺎﻧﺲ(، ﺧﺮدل ﺑﺮگ ﻣﻮﻣﯽ )ﻋﺼﺎره آﺑﯽ(، در ﺳﺎل 1397 آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﮔﻠﺪاﻧﯽ در ﻓﻀﺎي آزاد ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در4 ﺗﮑﺮار در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﮐﺮدﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ي اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﺑﺬر ﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ازﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ: ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺨﻮدوس 345/6 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮم و ﺷﯿﺮﺗﯿﻐﯽ20 ﮔﺮم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ و وزن ﺗﺮ را داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﯿﺮﺗﯿﻐﯽ 20 ﮔﺮم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ وزن ﺧﺸﮏ را ﻧﺸﺎن داد و ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺑﯿﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﻘﺎﯾﺎي ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺮز ﺷﯿﺮﺗﯿﻐﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﺳﺎﻧﺲ اﺳﺘﺨﻮدوس در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻻ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻋﻠﻒ ﮐﺶ ﻫﺎ را ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻟﯽ ارﮔﺎﻧﯿﮏ، ﺑﺮﻃﺮف ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ.

A pot experiment was conducted to study Amaranthus retroflexus control with different plant materials including: Common Sowthistle (Sonchus oleraceus L.) (whole aerial powder), Canola (Brassica napus L.) (seed meal), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis L.) (essential oil), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) (essential oil), Waxy Leaf Mustard (Boreava orientalis L.) (aqueous extract), in natural condition at University of Kurdistan, in 2018. The treatments arranged in randomized complete blocks design and were performed in 4 replications. The treatments were applied simultaneously with the sowing of Amaranthus seed. The results of the experiment showed that: Lavender (345.6 mg) and Sowthistle (20 g) treatments had the lowest leaf area and fresh weight compared to the control and the lowest dry weight of Amaranthus belong to the Sowthistle (20 g). According to the results, using of organic material may help farmers to reduced chemical compounds like herbicide to produce an organic product, as well as high concentrations of Lavender essential oil and Sowthistle residues.
