اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ روﮐﺶ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮﮐﻢ ﻣﺼﺮف، ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎ و ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ اوﻟﯿﻪ رﺷﺪ ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ در ﺳﺎل 1397 در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﺤﻘﻖ اردﺑﯿﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮرد اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﻫﺎي آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮي ﺑﺬر )ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮ و ﻋﺪم ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮ(، رﻗﻢ )ﺷﮑﻮﻓﺎ و ﭘﺎرس( و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮﮐﻢ ﻣﺼﺮف، ﻣﺤﺮك ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﻫﺎ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 5 ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﯾﮏ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون روﮐﺶ( ﺑﻮدﻧ.ﺪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ داده ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮐﺮد در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺬر ﻫﯿﺒﺮﯾﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﻮژرم ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ، ﻫﯿﺒﺮﯾﺪ ﭘﺎرس از ﻧﻈﺮ درﺻﺪ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻮﻓﺎ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ روﮐﺶ دار ﮐﺮدن ﺑﺬر ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮي آن ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي روﮐﺶ دارﮐﺮدن ﺑﺬر ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ ﺷ. ﺪ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ روﮐﺶ ﺑﺬر ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي 1 )]روي+ﻣﻨﮕﻨﺰ+ﺑﻮر ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، 16/5 9و 8/5 ﮔﺮم در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑﺬر + اﺳﯿﺪ ﺟﯿﺒﺮﻟﯿﮏ+ اﺗﯿﻠﻦ+ اﺳﯿﺪ ﺳﺎﻟﺴﯿﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 1،/2 2و 0/35 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑﺬر([ و ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 2 )]روي+ﻣﻨﮕﻨﺰ+ﺑﻮر ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 9، 16/5 و 8/5 ﮔﺮم در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑﺬر + اﺳﯿﺪ آﻣﯿﻨﻪ + ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ اﺳﯿﺪ + ﻋﺼﺎره ﺟﻠﺒﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 8، 12 و 12 ﮔﺮم در ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑ(ﺬر [ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ را در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ داﺷﺖ و در اﯾﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿوﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﯽ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢII ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of seed coating with combinations of micronutrients, stimulants and growth regulators on emergence, plant establishment and early stages of sugar beet growth in 2018 under greenhouse conditions at Mohaghegh Ardabili University. Experiment was conducted as factorial in a completely randomized design with three replications. Seed washing (washing and not-washing), variety (Shekofa-Persian) and various combinations of micronutrients, stimulants and growth regulators which contains 5 were treated with a control (no cover-up) were the experimental factors. Comparison of the mean data from the experiment showed that among the sugar beet monogerm hybrids, Pars hybrid was superior in terms of establishment percentage. The results of this study showed that seed coating after washing increased the efficiency of sugar beet seed coating treatments. Among different treatments, seed coating treatments 1 [Zn+Mn+B (9, 16.5 and 8.5 g/ kg-1 seed Respectively)+ Gibberellic acid+ Ethylene+ Salicylic acid (1.2, 2 and 0.35 mL/ kg-1 seed, Respectively)] and 2 [Zn+Mn+B (9, 16.5 and 8.5 g/ kg-1 seed Respectively)+ Amino acid+ Humic acid + Seaweed extract (8, 12 and 12 g / kg-1 seed, Respectively)] had the most effect on accelerating emergence and improvement of seedling growth and maximum chlorophyll index and quantum yield of photosystem II were observed in these treatments.
