اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻓﻠﺰات ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﺮب و ﮐﺎدﻣﯿﻮم ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺧﺎك اﻃﺮاف ﻣﻌﺪن ﺧﺎك ﻧﺴﻮز در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﮑﺎر ﻣﻤﻨﻮع دره ﺑﺎغ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اﺑﺮﮐﻮه روي درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ و درﺻﺪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻏﺎﻟﺐ در اﺳﺎﻧﺲ )ﺗﯿﻤﻮل و ﮐﺎرواﮐﺮول( در ﮔﯿﺎه آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي )Zataria multiflora Bioss( اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷ.ﺪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ ﺳﺮب و ﮐﺎدﻣﯿﻮم ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺧﺎك دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﯾﮑﯽ در اﻃﺮاف ﻣﻌﺪن و دﯾﮕﺮي ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ 800 ﻣﺘﺮ از ﻣﻌﺪن )ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺎﻫ(ﺪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و اﺛﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه روي درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ آن ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. در ﺧﺎك اﻃﺮاف ﻣﻌﺪن ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺳﺮب و ﮐﺎدﻣﯿﻮم ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ 62/7 و 8/6 ﭘﯽ ﭘﯽ ام ﺑﻮد و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن رﺷﺪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ در دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺳﻨﮕﯿﻦ در ﺧﺎك )ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ اﻃﺮاف ﻣﻌﺪن( ﻣﯿﺰان اﺳﺎﻧﺲ در اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ )ﺗﯿﻤﻮل و ﮐﺎرواﮐﺮو(ل آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي رﺷﺪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ در دو ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to investigate the concentration of heavy metals (pb and cd) in soil of fireclay
mine of Abarkouh on essential oil percent and on thymol and carvacrol percent in Shirazi thyme (Zataria
multiflora Bioss). Concentration of pb and cd elements of soil samples from two regions (around the mine
and 800 meters distance from the mine as control) was measured and effect of these concentrations on
essential oil percent and on thymol and carvacrol percent was determined. The concentration of pb and cd
elements in soil of around the mine were 62.7 and 8.6 ppm, respectively and these concentrations were
higher compared to control region. Mean comparison between essential oil percent of Shirazi thyme in
two studied regions showed that essential oil percent of plants that grown in soil around the mine was
reduced. There was no significant difference between thymol and carvacrol percent of Shirazi thyme in
two studied regions
