ﺑــﻪ ﻣﻨﻈــﻮر ارزﯾــﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻨــﺪاب ﺑــﻪ ﻋﻨــﻮان ﻋﻠــﻒﻫــﺮز راﯾــﺞ ﻣــﺰارع ﻏــﻼت اﺳــﺘﺎن ﺧﻮزﺳــﺘﺎن ﺑــﻪ ﺳــﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ ﺗــﻨﺶ ﺧﺸــﮑﯽ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸــﯽ ﺑــﺎ 7 ﺗﯿﻤــﺎر )1 ،-0/8 ،-0/6 ،-0/4 ،-0/2 ،0- و 1/2- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳــﮑﺎل( در ﺳــﻪ ﺗﮑــﺮار در داﻧﺸــﮕﺎه ﻋﻠــﻮم ﮐﺸــﺎورزي و ﻣﻨــﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌــﯽ ﺧﻮزﺳــﺘﺎن در ﺳــﺎل 1398 اﻧﺠــﺎم ﮔﺮﻓــﺖ. درﺻــﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ از ﺳــﻄﺢ ﺧﺸــﮑﯽ ﺻــﻔﺮ ﺗــﺎ 0/8- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳــﮑﺎل 100درﺻــﺪ ﺑــﻮد و در ﺗــﻨﺶ 1- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳــﮑﺎل ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ ﺑــﻪ 50 درﺻــﺪ رﺳــﯿﺪ. ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ در ﺳــﻄﺢ ﺗــﻨﺶ 1/2- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳــﮑﺎل ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﮕﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑـﺎ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳـﻄﺢ ﺗـﻨﺶ ﺧﺸـﮑﯽ ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـ ﯽ ﮐـﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓـﺖ . در ﺷـﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗـﻨﺶ ﺧﺸـﮑﯽ 0/2- و 0/4- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﮑﺎل ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﯽ اﺧـﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ داري ﻣﺸـﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸـﺪ . ﺑـﺎ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗـﻨﺶ ﺧﺸـﮑﯽ ﻣﺘﻮﺳـﻂ زﻣـﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﯽ اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ و از 0/74 روز در ﺗﯿﻤــﺎر ﺷــﺎﻫﺪ ﺑــﻪ 3 روز در ﺗــﻨﺶ 1- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳــﮑﺎل رﺳــﯿﺪ. اﺛــﺮ ﺗــﻨﺶ ﺧﺸــﮑﯽ ﺑﺮﺳــﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧــﻪزﻧــﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ اﺳﻤﺰ، ﻣﻨﺪاب ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻘﺎوم ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigation Arugula (Eruca sativa Mill) as common weeds in cereal fields of
Khuzestan to different drought stresses, an experiment was conducted with 7 treatments (0, -
0.2, -0.4, -0.6, -0.8, -1 and -1.2 MPa) at agricultural sciences and natural resources university
of Khuzestan in 2019 with 3 replications. Germination percentage was 100% from 0 to -0.8
MPa treatments and germination was reached to 5o% at 1-MPa .seed germination was not
observed at -1.2 MPa of drought stress. By increasing of drought stress, germination rate was
decreased. No significant differences in germination rate were observed both -0.2 and -0.4 MPa
treatments. By increasing of drought stress, mean germination time was increased and reached
from 0.74 day in control treatment to 3days in -1MPa treatment of drought stress. The effect of
drought stress on germination rate was more than germination percentage. According to the
results of osmotic potential, Arugula is highly tolerance to drought stress.
