ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﮐﻠﺰا ﺗﻌﺪاد 18 ﻻﯾﻦ اﻣﯿﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﻠﺰا در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﺳﻪ رژﯾﻢ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﯿﺎري ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ،ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﯿﺎري از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﯽ و ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﯿﺎري از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺧﻮرﺟﯿﻦ دﻫﯽ ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ آﺑﯿﺎري ﻧﺮﻣﺎل )Yp( و ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﯽ )Ys،( ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ، ﺗﺤﻤﻞ، ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺮه وري و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﯽ ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪﻧ.ﺪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ، اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در ﺳﻄﺢ 1% ﺑﯿﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪه، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ آﺑﯿﺎري ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎ و اﻣﮑﺎن اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي MP ،STI وGMP ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري را ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﭘﺮﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪﻧ.ﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد در دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﯾﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﮑﯽ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي KR4 ،KS7 و L146 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate drought tolerance of some oilseed rape genotypes, 18 promising oilseed rape lines were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with three replications under three humid regimes including normal irrigation, irrigation cut off from flowering stage and silique development stages. Based on grain yield under normal irrigation (Yp) and drought stress (Ys) conditions, some drought tolerance indices including stress tolerance index (STI), tolerance index (TOL), stress susceptibility index (SSI), mean productivity (MP) and geometric mean productivity (GMP)were calculated. The results of correlation analysis between drought tolerance indices and grain yield showed that STI, MP and GMP indices had significantly positive correlation with grain yield under both humid regimes and were identified as suitable indices for selection of high yielding genotypes. According to these indices and grain yield in both humid regimes, the best drought tolerant genotypes were 7KS, 4KR and 146L genotypes.
