ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﺎرﯾﺦ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﺎﺷﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻘﺪار روﻏﻦ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ داﻧﻪ و ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪي در ﭼﻬﺎر رﻗﻢ ﮐﻠﺰا Brassica napus L در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺟﯿﺮﻓﺖ

Comparison of the effect of different planting dates on seed oil and protein content and some growth indices in four rapeseeds (Brassica napus L.) cultivars in Jiroft region

كلزا از خانواده شب بو يا چليپائيان يكي از مهمترين منابع روغن گياهي در جهان است كه در سالهاي اخير توجه بسياري از مردم را به خود جلب كرده است. تاريخ كاشت، از اركان اصلي نظامهاي زراعي است كه از طريق تغيير در طول روز، دما،رطوبت، ميزان فتوسنتز و تنفس بر خصوصيات فيزيولوژيكي و مورفولوژيكي گياه تأثيرگذار است. اين آزمايش به صورت كرت هاي خردشده در قالب طرح بلوكهاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار در منطقه جيرفت و در سال زراعي 1396-97 اجراشد كه در آن تاريخ كاشت به عنوان فاكتور عامل اصلي و شامل: 10 آبان (D1)، 24 آبان (D2)، 8 آذر (D3)، 22 آذر (D4)، 6 دي (D5) و 20 دي (D6) و ارقام كلزا به عنوان فاكتور فرعي شامل: هايولا(G1) 50، آگامكس (G2)، تراپر (G3) و دلگان (G4) در سه تكرار مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد كه رقم آگامكس در تاريخ كاشت سوم نسبت به تاريخ كاشت چهارم 25/1 درصد افزايش در ميزان درصد روغن داشت. روغن آگامكس در مقايسه با ساير ارقام مورد آزمايش از نوسان كمتري در تمامي تاريخ هاي كاشت برخوردار بود. در تاريخهاي كاشت اول، دوم، سوم و چهارم رقم آگامكس نسبت به بقيه ارقام از سرعت رشد نسبي بيشتري برخوردار بود. در تاريخ كاشتهاي مختلف بيشترين تجمع CGR و RGR به رقم آگامكس تعلق داشت.

Canola is one of the most important sources of vegetable oil in the world which has attracted the attention of many people in recent years. Planting date is one of the main components of crop systems that influences physiological and morphological characteristics of the plant through changes in daytime, temperature, humidity, photosynthesis and respiration. The experiment was conducted as split plot in a randomized complete block design with three replications at which sowing date as the main factor including: 10 November (D1), 24 November (D2), 8 December (D3), 22 December (D4). 6 December (D5) and 20 December (D6) and rapeseed cultivars were investigated as sub-factors including Hyola 50 (G1), Agamax (G2), Trapper (G3) and Dalgan (G4) in three replications. The results showed that Agamax had a 25.1% increase in oil content at the third planting date compared to the fourth planting date. Agamax oil was less volatile at all planting dates than other cultivars tested. At first, second, third and fourth planting dates, Agamax had a relatively faster growth rate than the other cultivars. At different planting dates, the highest CGR and RGR accumulation belonged to Agamax cultivar.
