ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﯿﻮه در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﮔﻮﺟﻪﻓﺮﻧﮕﯽ

Assessment of yield and fruit quality traits in some tomato genotypes

گوجه فرنگي (Solanum lycopersicum) يك ميوه خوراكي متعلق به خانواده Solanaceae ميباشد. ايران ششمين توليد كننده اين محصول در جهان ميباشد و سالانه حدود 6 ميليون تن محصول در ايران توليد ميشود. اين تحقيق به منظور مقايسه عملكرد، صفات مورفولوژيك و كيفيت ميوه بين ژنوتيپ هاي مختلف گوجه فرنگي جهت شناسايي ژنوتيپ هاي برتر در شرايط مزرعه انجام شد. به همين منظور پنج ژنوتيپ از بهترين ژنوتيپ هاي رايج در كشور دره طرح بلوكهاي كامل تصادفي در چهار بلوك در سال 98 در مزرعه تحقيقاتي موسسه اصلاح بذر و نهال كرج كشت شد. تجزيه واريانس نشان داد متوسط وزن تك ميوه، تعداد گل آذين در ساقه اصلي، تعداد گل در گل آذين، ماندگاري، مواد جامد محلول (TSS) و اسيديته (PH) در سطح 0/01 معنيدار گرديد. همچنين تعداد گلهاي بارور در سطح 0/05 درصد معنيدار بودند. نتايج اين مطالعه نشان دادژنوتيپ Matin داراي بيشترين وزن تك ميوه و داراي ميوه هاي درشتتر بود. اما از نظر ماندگاري و مواد جامد محلول ژنوتيپ 8320 توصيه ميشود. گوجه فرنگي يكي از محصولات جاليزي مهمي است كه با نياز بالاي آبي بيش از 12 هزار مترمكعب در هر هكتار در اكثر مناطق بجز مناطق بسيار سرد كشت ميگردد بنابراين رسيدن به حداكثر توليد كمي و كيفي درمنطقه كشت و كار اين محصول اقتصادي از جمله اهداف اصلي بوده است.

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is an edible fruit of the family Solanaceae. Iran has the rank of the sixth largest producer of this yield in the world and produces about 6 million tons every year. In order to compare yield, morphological traits and fruit quality of different tomato genotypes under open field conditions five genotypes of the best common genotypes in the country were planted on the basis of randomized complete block design in four replications during 2019 in Karaj research farm. Analysis of variance showed that mean weight of single fruit, number of inflorescences in main stem, number of flowers in inflorescence, shelf life, soluble solids (TSS) and acidity (pH) were significant at 0.01 levels. Also, the number of fertile flowers was significant at 0.05% level. The results of this study showed that Matin genotype had the highest single fruit weight. But for the solubility and self persistent genotypes 8320 is recommended. Tomatoes are one of the most important crops grown with high water requirement (over 12,000 cubic meters per hectare) except in very cold regions, thus achieving maximum quantitative and qualitative production are the main goals.
