ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻤﻮل ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، و ﺳﻄﻮح ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﺪودﮐﻨﻨﺪه، در ﺻﻮرت وﺟﻮد، دارد. ﺷﻮري ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻧﻘﺼﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺮاي ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺛﺮات ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺻﻔﺮ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، 1-، 2-، 3-، 4-، 5-، 6-، 7- و 8- ﺑﺎر ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺧﺎﮐﺸﯿﺮ ) Descurainia sophia( در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا در آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از اﺛﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺧﺎﮐﺸﯿﺮ ﺑﻮد؛ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮي ﮐﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺳﺒﺐ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺷﺪ. روﻧﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﺮاي درﺻﺪ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و ﯾﮑﻨﻮاﺧﺘﯽ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ زﻣﺎن ﻣﻮردﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺮاي وﻗﻮع ﻣﻘﺪار ﻣﻌﯿﻦ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ در ﻏﻈﺖ ﻫﺎي -7و -8 ﺑﺎر رخ ﻧﺪاد. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان اﻇﻬﺎر داﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺧﺎﮐﺸﯿﺮ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺑﺎﻻي ﻧﻤﮏ ﮐﻠﺮﯾﺪ ﺳﺪﯾﻢ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Successful germination of seeds depends on availability of germination usual requirements, and
tolerable level of environmental limiting factors, if exist. Salinity is one of the environmental causes
that curtail germination. This experiment was conducted for investigating the effects of different NaCl
concentration levels including zero as a control, -1, -2, -3, -4, -5, -6, -7, and -8 bar on germination
characteristics of Flixweed (Descurainia sophia) in a completely randomized design with three
replicates. Result demonstrated that germination traits of Flixweed are greatly affected by NaCl; where
germination was inhibited under stress condition. Reducing trend were observed for germination
percentage, rate, and velocity and uniformity coefficient. On the contrary time needed for occurring a
certain extent of germination increased. No germination occurred at NaCl concentration of -7 and -8
bar. Drawn from the results of this study, it can be concluded that flixweed is a sensitive species to
salinity.
