ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺘﻌﺪدي در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶزاﯾﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ آﻟﻮدﮐﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﻫﻤﮑﺎري دارﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز، ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻻز، ﺳﻮﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪ دﯾﺴﻤﻮﺗﺎز و آﺳﮑﻮرﺑﺎت ﭘﺮاﮐﺴﯿﺪاز و ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان رﻧﮕﯿﺰهﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ،b a، ﮐﻞ و ﮐﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﯿﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎ دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺎﯾﻪزﻧﯽ و ﻋﺪم ﻣﺎﯾﻪزﻧﯽ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪي دو ﺑﺮﮔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﮔﺮ زﻧﮓﺑﺮگ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي در ﺳﺎﻋﺎت 0، 6، 12و 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺎﯾﻪزﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و رﻧﮕﯿﺰهﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽﯾﺎﺑﺪ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺰﯾﻢﮐﺎﺗﺎﻻز ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ آﻧﺘﯽاﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ آﻧﺰﯾﻤﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﺪي را در ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري زﻧﮓ-ﺑﺮگ در ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي آﺟﯿﻠﻮﭘﺲ ﺗﺎﺋﻮﺷﯽ اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Different defense systems work together to overcome stressful conditions such as diseases in plants. In
this study the activity of antioxidant enzymes; peroxidase, catalase, superoxide dismutase and ascorbate
peroxidase and the effect of stress on the amount of chlorophyll a, b, total and carotenoids was
investigated. Seedlings were inoculated at two-leaf stage with Puccinia triticina in two levels of
inoculation and non-inoculation. Sampling was done at 0, 6, 12 and 24 hours after inoculation. Results
showed that the activity of antioxidant compounds and plant pigments had significantly increased in
infected seedlings while catalase activity had decreased. It was concluded that enzymatic antioxidant
system plays an important role in response to leaf rust in Aegilops tauschii.
