چكيده فارسي :
اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت زراﻋﯽ ﺑﻮﯾﮋه ﮔﻨﺪم ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ زﯾﺮ ﮐﺸﺖ و ﻣﺼﺮف در اﯾﺮان از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﯾـﮋه اي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. اﺳﯿﺪ ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮏ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﺎده آﻟﯽ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻫﻮﻣﻮس ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﺮدن ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﻣـﻮﺛﺮ واﻗﻊ ﺷﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﺑﺬري ﺣﺎوي ﻣﻮاد ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮑﯽ )ﻫﯿﻮﻣﮑﺲ و ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮑﺎ( ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و اﺟﺰاي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﭘﻨﺞ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻃﯽ ﺳﻪ ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﻪ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋـﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘـﺎﺗﯽ و آزﻣﺎﯾﺸـﮕﺎه ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟـﻮژي ﮔﯿﺎﻫـﺎن زراﻋﯽ ﻣﻌﺎوﻧﺖ ﻣﻮﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﮐﺸﺎورزي دﯾﻢ )ﺳﺮارود، ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه( اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷـﺪ . ﻓـﺎﮐﺘﻮر اول ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫـﺎي ﺑـﺬري ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﻣـﻮاد ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮑﯽ )ﻫﯿﻮﻣﮑﺲ، ﻫﯿﻮﻣﯿﮑﺎ و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( و ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر دوم ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ارﻗﺎم رﯾﮋاو، اوﺣﺪي، ﮐﺮﯾﻢ، آذر-2 و ژﻧﻮﺗﯿـﭗ ﺑﻮﻣـﺎ -2 ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺳﺎده ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺬري در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﺷـﺪه ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮا ﻧـﻪ زﻧـﯽ، درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﮏ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و وزن ﺧﺸﮏ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﯾـﮏ درﺻـﺪ ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﻣﺮﮐﺐ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎده ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺬري ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﺻﻔﺎت از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧـﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﭘﺪاﻧﮑﻞ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، دﻣﺎي ﮐﺎﻧﻮﭘﯽ و دﻣﺎي ﺑﺮگ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ اﻣـﺮ ﺑﯿـﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﺛـﺮ ﺗﯿﻤـﺎر ﺑـﺬري روي ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺬﮐﻮر و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﯿﻮﻣﮑﺲ و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﺪﺳـﺖ آﻣﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Grain yield enhancement of wheat is of particular importance due to its high level of cultivation and
consumption in Iran. Seed treatment with Humic acid (HA) as an organic acid derived from humus
has been reported as an effective way in improving wheat grain yield. In order to study the effect of
seed treatments with two HA substances on grain yield, yield components, morpho-physiological
traits, germination rate, root length and shoot length of five bread wheat genotypes, over three
cropping seasons, a factorial experiments based on completely randomized design in lab and
randomized complete block design in farm with three replications were conducted at Sararood
Agricultural Research station. The HA treatments were included seed treatments with Humex,
Humica and control, and the second factor was genotypes including Rijaw, Owhadi, Karim, Azar-2
and Buma-2. Results of simple analysis of variance showed that the effect of seed treatment on all
measured traits such as germination rate, germination percentage, root length, shoot length, root dry
weight and shoot dry weight were significant (P< 1%). The results of combined analysis showed that
the simple effect of seed treatment was significant for many traits including grain yield, number of
grains per spike, 1000-grain weight, peduncle length, plant height, canopy temperature and leaf
temperature, indicating the effect of seed treatment on these traits are grain yield. The highest grain
yield was obtained at Humax treatment and the lowest value at control treatment.
