چكيده فارسي :
ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن از ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﭘﺮﻣﺼﺮف ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻣﻮاد آﻟﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ وﺟﻮد ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎ ﺗﻤﺎم ﺧﺎك ﻫﺎ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﮐﻤﺒﻮد دارﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﻣﮑﺎن ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رﯾﺰوﺑﯿﻮم اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪه از ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن وﺣﺸﯽ ) ﻣﺎﺷﮏ وﺣﺸﯽ)Vicia sativa(، ﯾﻮﻧﺠﻪ وﺣﺸﯽ)Medicago sativa(، اﺳﭙﺮس وﺣﺸﯽ)Onobrychis altissima(، ﺧﺎرﺧﺴﮏ وﺣﺸﯽ)Tr(ibulus terrestris ( ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﯽ )ﻧﺨﻮد)Cicer arietinum( ، ﺷﺒﺪر)Tr،ifolium ( ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﭼﺸﻢ ﺑﻠﺒﻠﯽ)Vigna unguiculata(، ﻋﺪس)Lens culinaris( و ﺧُﻠﺮ)La th(yrus( ، آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﯿﻮﺗﮑﻨﻮﻟﻮژي ﺑﺨﺶ اﮔﺮواﮐﻮﻟﻮژي داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ داراب، داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﯿﺮاز اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ، از رﯾﺸﻪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن وﺣﺸﯽ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺳﺎزي و ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮ ﺑﺮ روي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ رﺷﺪ ﮐﺸﺖ رﺷﺪ داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ رﻗﯿﻖ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎ ﺑﺬر ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﯽ ﺗﻠﻘﯿﺢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ در اﻧﮑﻮﺑﺎﺗﻮر ﺑﺎ دﻣﺎي 25 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯿﮕﺮاد ﻗﺮار داده ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮات اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ و ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي ﻫﺎ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮي اﺳﭙﺮس وﺣﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻟﻮﺑﯿﺎ ﭼﺸﻢ ﺑﻠﺒﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ 5 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯿﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Nitrogen is an essential plant nutrient which is found in amino acids, nucleic acids, chlorophylls,
enzymes, and hormones. However, almost all soils are deficient in nitrogen content. In order to determine
the effect of different treatments of Rhizobium wild plants (wild vetch ) Vicia sativa( ,, wild alfalfa
)Medicago sativa(, Wild Sainfon (Onobrychis altissima), Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris) on germination of
cultivating plants (chickpea )Cicer arietinum(, clover )Trifolium(, Cowpea (Vigna unguiculata ) lentil )
Lens culinaris( and Lathyrus (Lathyrus) ). An experiment was carried out on seed germination of these
plants at Darab College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Shiraz University, Iran. The bacteria were
isolated from wild plants and inoculated with cultivating leguminosae seeds after sterilizing and washing
Petri dishes and then incubated for 24 hours at 25 ° C. The results showed that the highest growth
obtained in Inoculation of wild sainfoin with cowpea seed with 6/5 cm and the lowest obtained in
Inoculation of wild alfalfa bacteria with seed germination showed a decrease in germination rate
compared to the other 2.5 cm seeds.
