ﺑﺎﻣﯿﻪ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﻨﻈﻮره ﮐﻪ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه وﯾﮋهاي در درﻣﺎن ﺑﯿﻤﺎريﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﻈﯿﺮ دﯾﺎﺑﺖ ﻧﻮع 2 دارد. ﻣﺼﺮف ﻋﻤﺪه آن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺎزه ﺧﻮري ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. درك رواﺑﻂ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﻣﻌﻤﺎري ﺷﮑﻞﮔﯿﺮي ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﻪ اﺻﻼﺣﮕﺮان در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎرآﯾﯽ اﺻﻼح ﮐﻤﮏ ﺷﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ 43 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎﻣﯿﻪ از ﮐﻠﮑﺴﯿﻮن ﺑﺎﻧﮏ ژن ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﻠﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺷﺶ رﻗﻢ ﺗﺠﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺻﻔﺎت دﺧﯿﻞ در ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﮏ آﻧﻬﺎ اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﻮهﻫﺎي ﺑﺎزار ﭘﺴﻨﺪ ) ﺑﺎ ﻃﻮل 3 ﺗﺎ 7 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﯽﻣﺘﺮ( در ﻃﻮل ﻓﺼﻞ رﺷﺪ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞﻫﺎ ﻣﺒﯿﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻓﺮاوان رﺷﺪ روﯾﺸﯽ و ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ آن در ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژي اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﯿﻮه ﺗﺎزه ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ را در ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژي اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه اﯾﻔﺎ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم در ﺗﻀﺎد ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن رﺷﺪ ﻧﺎﻣﺤﺪود و ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺗﺎزهﺧﻮري ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮﻧﯽ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Okra is considered as a multidiscipline plant containing essential materials suitable for treating diabetic
type II. It major application is for fresh consumption. Having knowledge of inter-relations of various
traits and yield forming architecture helps breeders to increase breeding efficiency. In this investigation,
43 accessions of Okra deposited in Iranian National Plant Gene Bank in addition to six commercial
cultivars were chosen and the traits involving in the dry biomass production were measured. Fresh fruit
(three to seven cm in length) produced by each accession were harvested during the lifetime of the plant
and considered as production potential of the accessions. Factor analysis revealed high impact of
vegetation growth parameters on biology of Okra. Fresh fruit yield appeared to have the least effect on the
okra biology. The results were contradict with stepwise regression analysis. Our results indicated that
factor analysis if preferential in analyzing relationships among yield related components for plants with
indeterminate growth habit and consumption as fresh fruit.
