چكيده فارسي :
آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﺷﻬﺮي )Lallemantia iberica( ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﺎي آﺑﯽ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎزه و ﺧﺸﮏ ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺎي ﻫﺮز ﭘﯿﭽﮏ ﺑﻨﺪ Polygonum convolvulus L.)(، ﺧﺮدل وﺣﺸﯽ )Sinapis arvensis L.(، ﺷﺎﻫﺘﺮه ).Fumaria officinalis L(و ﮔﻨﺪﻣﮏ )Stellaria media L.( در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﮑﺮار و ﭘﻨﺞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺻﻔﺮ ﯾﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، 5، 25، 50 و 100 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ( اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎزه و ﺧﺸﮏ ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺎي ﻫﺮز ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﺷﻬﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻫﺎي 29 اﻟﯽ 41 و 24 اﻟﯽ 40 درﺻﺪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ اﺛﺮ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده ﻫﺎي ﺗﺎزه و ﺧﺸﮏ ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺎي ﻫﺮز ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﯿﭽﮏ ﺑﻨﺪ، ﺧﺮدل وﺣﺸﯽ، ﺷﺎﻫﺘﺮه و ﮔﻨﺪﻣﮏ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار 29، 27، 41و 29 درﺻﺪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 5 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﯿﺘﺮ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ در ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﺮ دو زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده ﺗﺎزهو ﺧﺸﮏ ﺷﺎﻫﺘﺮه ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﺷﻬﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ در ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﺣﺎل ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﺷﻬﺮي ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ 96 درﺻﺪ ﻧﯿﺰ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 100 ﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻟﯿﺘﺮ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻮده ﺗﺎزه ﺷﺎﻫهﺘﺮ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣ.ﺪ ﻟﺬا ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد در ﮐﺸﺖ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺎي ﻫﺮز در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to seed germination determination of Dragon's head (Lallemantia iberica) under aqueous
extracts effect from Fresh Biomass (FB) and Dry Biomass (DB) of Polygonum convolvulus L.,
Sinapis arvensis L., Fumaria officinalis L., and Stellaria media L., an experiment was carried out on
a completely randomized design with four replications and five weed aqueous extracts from weeds
FB and DB (0 or control, 5, 25, 50 and 100 g biomass per a liter of distilled water). Results shown
that extracts of FB and DB decreased seed germination percentage of dragon's head 29 by 41, and 24
by 40, respectively. Comparison of mean FB and DB effects of the studied weeds on seed
germination of Dragon's head showed that Polygonum convolvulus L., Sinapis arvensis L., Fumaria
officinalis L., and Stellaria media L., decreased significantly 29, 27, 41 and 29%, respectively, in
compare to control treatment. Also, the concentration of 5 g/L only in the extract of both DB and FD
of Fumaria officinalis L., significantly decreased germination of Dragon's head seed compared to
control treatment while the lowest germination percentage of Dragon's head seeds was achieved with
96% reduction at 100 g/L FB of Fumaria officinalis L. Consequently, management of studied weeds
is suggested remarkably in Dragon's head cultivation.
